amazing company, prices are very good and the quality of the dice is amazing. i had a small fault with one dice in my set and when i informed them they sent me an entire new set of the same dice very quickly. amazing customer service. cannot recommend enough

Good product, poor service.
The products are good, however the service really is lacking. I paid for 48 hour delivery, they took over a week which meant they missed my partners birthday. I'd also paid for gift wrap and this was not provided. I understand there were system issues but that does not explain a lack of communication from the sellers, or the completely missing gift wrap. It's a shame because the products are cool, just a disappointing experience.

Would be better with more delivery options
Decent customer service. Poor delivery option as one order took over a week to arrive and the other simply didn't. Would bump it up a star if they changed courier options.
(Edit: they informed me this had happened to several other orders this month...)

We're really sorry to hear this. We occasionally have issues with Royal Mail, which are entirely out of our control. We also have a DPD-tracked service available at checkout.
As soon as you alerted us that you hadn't received your package, we offered and processed a full refund immediately.

Royal mail lost the package. Support was lovely and fixed the problem right on the spot
Had a problem with my order that looked like it was not shipped, but it was not criticals fault. It was royal mail that had a cyber attack and lost my package. Contacted them through the chat on their site and they got the problem solved right away.

Items never arrived
I ordered the advent calendar and some dice as presents at the end of November.
Nothing has arrived yet and it has been well over a month. Despite multiple attempts to contact them no response has been given and no attempt to help resolve the situation.
