We were sold on the product by Allan Johnston our initial advisor, the quality of the product was so evident to see with the sample Allan showed us. Then on 3 June two fitters Jay and Daz came and made a start. Jay explained everything that was needed to be done both were focused on the job in hand but so pleasant and talkative that it put our minds at ease as to the installation. They worked through rain and prepared for the delivery the following day. Along with Mike the delivery driver I could see why Crocodile has its reputation, the quality of the product and work ethic was clear to be seen. Jay and Daz worked tirelessly all day and finished the job to an exceptional standard. We can’t thank Jay and Daz enough for their input we are now enjoying the result of all their hard work. Would recommend Crocodile to anyone looking to enhance their house with a winter garden other companies we tried don’t come close to the quality and workmanship.

We had our double garage doors fitted yesterday by Nathan and Mckenzie from Crocodile products. The quality of the doors is second to none, only matched by the professional installation of the fitters. They arrived before the appointed time to avoid traffic congestion which was very thoughtful and welcome. They were very polite and worked non-stop, quietly and studiously showing care and attention to every detail. Crocodile must be very proud to have two such employee's giving a five star service with a smile. I would recommend them as a fitting team to anybody and Crocodile as a company.

When Mark and Paul rolled up in the new van, I could see we were in for a great job. They discussed, measure checked with their instructions, and proceeded to get on with the job. The process was seamless; the workers were a brilliant team, and they just knew how everything went together. I have always wanted an electric roller door, and I am impressed with the results of their work.

Mark and Paul arrived on time.The install was faultless and done to a very high standard. Effectively communicated throughout the whole process and comprehensively described functionality and features. Left the area clean and tidy. You can see the quality in the materials and construction of the product. Can't fault anything and would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the installation of our crocodile veranda. Chris and Jake were very professional and friendly. Did a very thorough and professional job. If we did choose to do any extra work with Crocodile, we would definitely ask for them again.

From the sales pitch which was very informative to the fitting I was very pleased. The product itself is very good and the guys who fitted it Mark and Paul were professional throughout, they finished the job in a timely manner even with the rain beating down. A worthwhile investment imo, would recommend

The door, the installation coordinator, McKenzie and Nathan who fitted it and girls in accounts were all absolutely spot on.
Would have given 5 star had it not been for the salesman wrongly claiming you didn’t need remotes (told me they were sooo last century tech) and it can all be controlled by an App on your phone and this was all included as part of the purchase price. It wasn’t and you only get one Fob!

Easily sorted by retro fitting the inexpensive and OEM Somfy RTS “connectivity kit” and downloading their TaHoma app. Now have the best of both worlds.
And the door ? It’s built well and looks smart

From sales, surveys and fitting all appointments were kept at agreed times. Our two new electric garage doors were fitted in a morning, without fuss or mess. The two fitters (Paul & Paul) were courteous, hardworking and carried out the fitting to a high standard. We are very pleased with our new garage doors and can recommend Crocodile without hesitation.

Our Crocodile veranda, which turned in to a garden room ! has been a really tremendous addition to our house, it was expertly installed by Chris and Jack who worked very hard to complete the glass installation in one day !

I thought that the Sales Person was honest and truthful. I thought the fitters were excellent and worked to a very high standard. Lastly I love my new Garage Door.

Ricardo and John phoned ahead of arrival, both were very polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. A small problem was easily resolved without any fuss. Really likeable lads and very professional installation.
Ricardo went through the operation of the door which was easy to follow.

I’ve had a great service from Crocodile. The quote was detailed and the agent helpful. The survey was arranged at a time to suit us and again it was very detailed.
My garage door was installed by Nathan and Mckenzie. They kept us updated about our installation time and were very professional.

From our first enquiry, sales representative and surveyor our experience with Crocodile has been first class.
Today we have had our new roller garage door fitted by Paul and Paul and I must say I have been really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attitude to the job. Everything has been demonstrated and explained clearly. They both are a credit to Crocodile products. The site has been left clean and tidy with the old door taken away and all rubbish has been removed. The new garage door looks great we are so please with the results and will definitely be using Crocodile again.
