The appointment was arranged in good time. The consultant, Dee Aspel communication with the team before and after the assessment was great, keeping us in the loop. Communication and information sharing since the visit has bee excellent.

Brad K has been supportive throughout multiple experiences with the face2face team at Croner. He has been brill at keeping us in the loop and providing explanations and advice every step of the way. We would not have been able to get some of these tough situations without him and the rest of the face2face / Croner team. I couldn't reccommend their support enough.

Cecil who did our audit is great, we have had a few visits from him and everytime he is very good at his job and very helpful.

I inadvertantly ended up speaking to this company for advice through a website link which claimed to be ACAS advice, and after talking to a very helpful agent who despite Croners denials passed herself off as working for ACAS, I naivly accepted a free consultation with what I again assumed was to be an ACAS rep (which I did find strange) I was subsequently faced with what turned out to be a high pressure salesman from Croner, and after about 2 hours of high pressure sales talk and scare tactics, stupidly signed for a HR contract (which it turns out is totally unnecesary for our microbusiness) assuming that I could just opt out within the cooling off period, turns out this is not the case, and a simple scrawl on an ipad is sufficient to tie you into an overpriced and totally unnecessary (at least to me), contract, as such I immediately cancelled the Direct Debit and called the salesman to advise my concerns only to basicly be told 'tough, you can't cancel; followed be various e mails from the Company showing total contempt, subsequently, despite not having even having entered anything about our Company on their systems or responding to any of their on line course requests etc. we are now, predictably being aggresively pursued for payments.
This type of company may be of use to larger organisations with multiple staff, although I have spoken to 2 other local companies who signed up to similar contracts, and wish they had never done so!
they would however have known full well that their product is not suited to a company like ours.
Strongly suggest that if you have HR enquiries take care not to click on any misleading links, we were later told by ACAS that they are well aware of companies like this initially misleading people into thinking they are not who they are!

Kenneth was a great support, very clear and reassuring about the whole H&S assessment and what we needed to do to become compliant and why. Followed up with risk assessments completed and offered additional support for any bespoke risk assessments.

We engaged Croner to help prepare our HR, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety policies and procedures, and they have been helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout. The handbooks and documentation produced are clear, practical, and exactly what we needed.

A special mention goes to Katherina Thomas and Paul Leake, who were both fantastic to work with. Their knowledge, patience, and good humour made what could have been a very onerous task almost enjoyable (something I never thought I'd say about policy writing!).

I had a employment tribunal and I had no idea what to do. I was quickly handed over to Chris Mills. He was described as an "expert" in Litigation. He lived up to that title!! He walked me through the process in terms I understood and put me at ease. Best thing was that he walked into the Tribunal one morning and got the whole case struck out before lunch. Cheaper than therapy! Get this guy on your case!
