Croner have assisted in bringing our HR and Health and Safety polices and procedures up to date and specifically Mark Plumb, who has been outstanding in identifying our needs and providing solutions for our business. I would highly recommend the services of Croner and in particular, Mark.

Victoria Hall represented the charity in a tribunal matter involving a former employee and handled the case exceptionally well. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and highly organised throughout the process. Her clear advice, attention to detail, and expert handling of the matter provided great reassurance and contributed significantly to a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Victoria.

The visit from the health and safety advisors was both helpful and constructive. I particularly liked their focused approach on the fact the business was a Pharmacy and the associated risks. Companies we've used in the past have gone off on a tangent and can get carried away with describing incidents that are unrelated or irrelevant.

I also liked the fact that one of advisors was from the local area which greatly helps with understanding the type of population we serve and risks.

Raj Pal is a highly skilled Senior Litigation Consultant whose strategic clarity and expert judgement consistently add value.

From the moment we contacted Croner they have been amazing, first Daniel Bragg came to see us, he was so sympathetic and understanding, then talking to Ewan and Emily through teams, again extremely supportive, and Mark Walpole helping us get on the right track in an understanding and supportive way . This is the second time in 18 years my company have had to seek legal advice of this kind and the last time I think it was also Croner I was directed to, and on both occasions they have been incredibly helpful. When you have an issue it is most likely you are going to be concerned and stressed and all you want it easy processes and helpful advice, ideally at minimal cost. Croner were beyond helpful and spent far more time than needed with me to make sure I went away happy and assured. On this occasion I spoke to Liam initially and then Callam gave me a follow up call about 5 days later to check I had everything I needed and all was OK. Liam was calm, patient, listened and gave guidance and explained on this occasion there was no charge, which I nearly fell over hearing in a world where everything seems to come at a price. With so much to deal with at this time I was very grateful to hear this, as calls and advice were taking up so much valuable work time. It is lovely to know there is an amazing company out there with really super employees clearly passionate to help and do a good job. You most certainly did and thank you so much again, and hence why it is a pleasure to write this review, to enable others to call this company with confidence in the future.

Our Principal Health and safety Consultant Wayne Davies, was very helpful during the visit. Wayne showed great deal of expertise and was very supportive with using the system to its full potential. I can not praise Wayne enough, for his assistance and support during the audit.

Gemma at Croner did our HR review on Thursday on a teams call. She was very friendly and professional and explained everything well. Gemma updated all our documents that day. Great service.

I wanted to share some heartfelt feedback for Anisha Sood at Croner.

Anisha helped us review and approve a large number of HR policies in a very short timeframe, and I am genuinely grateful for her support. She was professional, kind, proactive and so responsive throughout.

What I really appreciated was how easy she made the process feel. With so many policies to review, it could have been quite stressful, but Anisha handled everything with care, clarity and patience.

She has been a real pleasure to work with, and I truly appreciate all her help. She is a credit to Croner.

Paige was very thorough throughout our disciplinary hearing that we had asked for the Croner facetoface team to conduct. Paige kept us updated throughout the hearing and made regular contact to let us know how everything was going.
Neil who carried out the investigatory stage was also very thorough and again made regular contact to keep us updated with how the investigation was going. Great service all round.
