After poor experiences elsewhere, we were impressed and delighted with the service provided by Crown House Estates in selling our flat. In a world of mediocre estate agents, it was very refreshing to find an efficient and pro-active agent which not only quickly found an acceptable buyer for the property, but also worked closely with us and our conveyancing solicitor throughout the process. Chan and his team were instructed after a string of failed sales by other local agents. Crown House were quick to take charge, advertised the house for only a few days before the first open house, and had it sold the week later following the second open house and above the asking price.
The team did a fantastic job with what was a difficult transaction and amid uncertain times with the banks, but were on top of the whole process from the beginning to the end. Definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the service I received from Crown House Estates. From the start of tenancy to moving out and after tenancy finishing service all I found was outstanding.

I definitely have the experience they are different from other estate agents especially when the tenancy finished and the way they dealt with my posts and parcels which were still coming to our old address.
