Once again this site has given me nothing but lip service. Will not payout the owed money that was rightfully mine. Asking for bank details and information-clearly this is scamming site, do not use them! This process to obtain the $800 winnings has been ongoing now for over two weeks. This site is a scam... you deposit money, win and they don't pay... I think they collect identity documents and then use for nefarious purposes to make matters worse as after sending through verification documents they keep asking for more... all the reviews here that say the sites is legitimate are clearly done by the scammers

Strongly advise not to use this site. Same thing as many of the reviews here just wish I’d come here first. Sadly I did not. Deposit was very easy however after winning 2k found out was only able to withdraw $750 at a time but was advised that payouts would only take 3days. No I have been waiting over a week now and when I contact chat I get the exact same response everyday word for word, obviously I’m not speaking to a human so just a waste of time. If you like giving away money go ahead great place to do so but if you like to get what your entitled to (your winnings) I strongly advise to find any other casino.

Just an update. Today almost 3 weeks after withdrawal submitted I’ve been told it has been processed and money has been sent, just need to wait and see if the money arrives. They have said 3/5 days depending on my bank. Will wait and see fingers crossed. Will update further if money arrives.

They closed my account with more then 5,000 EUR in my balance and did not provide any reason. They also reply with automated emails and they do not make any pay out, money that comes in, it will never leave. I will start legal proceedings and complaints to all regulatory and banking authorities. I will not tolerate it this scandalous fraud entity.

Hello, a call for help to any official or worker who works for Crownplay Casino. I was not paid after I made a withdrawal on 03/08/2024 and they rejected it on 11/08/2024. You made another withdrawal of 500 euros, but I did not receive anything. I have now been waiting for more than 17 days for my money. I call customer service. They copy the same thing every day and send it to me. They have scammed me and really destroyed my morale. I am very tired. I deposited 400 euros to withdraw 500 euros, but nothing. Unreliable site. And believe me, it is a site for scammers, and I will file a complaint against them with AGCCS, hoping to receive my money.... If I receive my money I will come back here and delete this comment

I deposited $1000.00, and got the bank up to @$4,000.00. When I tried to withdraw $450.00, I waited 3 days with no payout. I emailed them and they have closed my account for no reason.
Subsequent emails failed to give me a reason for the closing of the account. Do not use them!

I hope you find this email well, I understand how you feel about this inquiry about however as an administrative desicion the account wwere clsed and winnings were seized due to a breach of terms and conditions section 9.1

Obviously there maybe some winners…but I haven’t one squat compared to other sites I use.
Unfortunately I keep getting sucked in to the bonuses they offer so I can deposit more money just for them to take off me…..part of gambling i suppose.
