The order process and customer service support was very good.
Pricing was competitive.
My order arrived on time but had damage to multiple boxes of tiles. Replacements were arranged promptly, shipped via Parcel Force and they arrived completely damaged today.

Excellent product and service above and beyond!
I have nothing but praise for crown Tiles. My order was delivered in error to an address with the same post code. Parcelforce had taken a photo of the delivery and I immediately recognised the property because it had happened several times before. When I went round to the address a couple of days later, the person who answered the door denied knowing anything about the delivery and invited me in to search the house. I declined. When I informed Crown Tiles, they immediately sent a replacement order. This time to my wife's workplace where there could be no risk of any 'mix up'. Five stars!

We ordered 66 tiles. The tiles were easy to order, they arrived on time, they were very high quality, and there were no broken tiles. I'd definitely use this tile company again in the future.
