Ordered and received a sample of Tiles I wanted to buy. When I ordered the Tiles, what I received was not exactly as the sample received which made me frustrated and disappointed. I had to return the order straight away.
I called Crown Tiles number and was told that it was the same Tiles ordered.
I insisted that they were different and sent an email regarding my disappointment. The reply for the email also stated that I had received the correct order. Not satisfied with this I started a chat and fortunately I had a call from the manager who calmed me down, made me send a Photo of the sample who later admitted that the Tiles though the same type as I ordered, is from a different batch which doesn't look exactly as the sample sent to me. The manager showed me other types to choose for delivery the next day and i did received though not preferable as the first sample received.
The manager getting in touch and solving the issues I had, made me calm as I was really frustrated as well as disappointed.
I don't think this will prevent me from ordering my next dream tiles with Crown tiles company.

It was easy to order tiles and all necessary materials.
The only issue was the delivery being kerb side, I am nearly 70 and I had to find someone to help get the order in, perhaps for an additional charge a delivery inside could be added to your options.

Updated review: Although ordering and delivery a very easy process we had issues with the tiles themselves.
The Manager resolved the issue for us in a satisfactory manner and we were very pleased with the customer service provided. Thank you.

Driver was polite and arrived exactly as expected. He was not able to drive directly to the property as there were some roadworks in the way, but he brought a trolley from the vehicle to the property without quibble!

14 days since I placed my order and no communication from Crown about my order.

Very professional and timely service

The company is fast to respond to any questions or queries you may have, however the whole delivery option process is extremely contradictory and doesn't fully state when your delivery may be even though Crown ask You to pick a delivery date..... But yet before that part of the process it says in the details specialist tiles may take 3 to 4 weeks which I understand but then after that it gives you a false impression that the tiles are in stock and that they will be with you within a couple of days. Nope it's actually 3 to 4 weeks which they don't specify which resulted in me having to re arrange the trades men for another week becasue we don't actually have a date. Other than that I haven't received the product yet so can't comment on the quality. Looking forward to the delivery once they actually get here whenever that may be.
