I highly recommend Croyland Car Megastore. Ben was brilliant & very knowledgeable answering all my questions & made the whole experience in buying a car quick & stress free.

Kept well informed about every step of the car, car was delivered to made as promised. Very good service

Absolutely amazing service from Ben from the 1st call where he advised me about the car to meeting at the show room to view the car and then the handover today perfect customer service.
I advised Ben on the Tuesday I was driving to Cornwall for the weekend he managed to get my car through pdi and vallet in a day total credit to the company.

2nd car we have purchased from croyland at Rushden and had fantastic service on both occasions.

Thank you I highly recommend Ben and the team if you are looking for a great service.

Visited today to test drive a BMW.
I obtained a price for my current car on the Croyland website last night and had another from webuyanycar.
Both around £13600.
Test drive was good, sales consultant was very friendly and helpful.
Had a quick look around my very low mileage 2019 Civic , no notable damage and just needs a good clean.
Ready to do the deal and suddenly get told they will only pay me just over £11,000 for my car.
I was told this is a known problem with their website valuation system and it has been mentioned to the powers that be.
Frankly this is a disgusting way to treat customers and a disgrace to tempt potential buyers into visiting the dealership by giving them false valuations.

If your website valuation system can't produce accurate figures then get it turned off!
So thanks for wasting my time and the sales consultants.
I won't be visiting again and unfortunately for you unhappy potential customers are very keen to tell others about their experience.

If I was the manager I would have taken the hit, honoured the valuation, made a sale, kept an existing customer very happy and sat back and enjoyed the great feedback I would have left online, on my forum and with friends and family.

Indi was very helpful throughout the whole experience with me getting my new car if I had to recommend someone it would be him, any questions I had he went above and beyond to get them answered for me and keept me up to date with all the process of the car :)
Would highly recommend using him as a sales assistant again

After looking around for many weeks at different cars for my mum, we ended up at Croyland Motor Store in Rushden near Wellingborough.
Ben Pugh, wonderful guy, helped us with every aspect of buying a new car.
My mum is in her 80’s, so this has been quite a big thing buying a new car at her age… Ben was the most helpful, patient and supportive man we could have asked for, he gave her all the time in the world, sorted out everything on the car that he said he would, did all the online paperwork for her….

Jamie was so helpful and the car was delivered in pristine condition. Though a 2019 number plate and quite high mileage for me to tootal about my friends said it looked like new. It was serviced again. It was a realistic price. While the company was a megastore it felt like a dealership. I would recommend having a look there if looking for a used car.

Ben was a great help from start to finish.I couldn't decide between two similar vehicles.No pressure selling just a knowledgable description of both vehicles helping me to decide. Regular communication throughout.He really did make everything a lot easier.He even fully charged the battery before we picked it up.I would highly reccomend Croyland motors and especially Ben.
