So I came in looking for a car, and Matt was so helpful, gave me all the information, went through everything and went over things I didn’t understand. I was never pushed to buy a car where a lot of places only want a sale regardless, I changed my mind a few times on what I was looking for. This wasn’t an issue for Matt. He kept in contact and once I found a car I had it within a week. I had a problem with the car and it was sorted the same day. Lovely service and Matt is a credit to the company. I don’t think I’ll go elsewhere for cars in the future now. Lovely service, polite and very quick.

I have now brought 2 cars from Croyland and have been helped my Jamie Burton each time and now he would always be my first point of call if I wanted a new car as he is accommodating, supportive, honest and found me the car I wanted with every exact detail. He was extremely helpful answering every question and query I had at whatever time during the day I asked them. Cannot thank him enough!

Ben made my first car purchase a stress free experience. I had no clue of the steps in the process but he guided me patiently. He also was available at any time and day of the week. I also particularly loved how kind he was to my children. I was worried about them messing about in the dealership office but he gave them seats and made sure they were comfortable and equally important little.customers. He also addressed their innocent questions!!! Well done and thank you Croyland.

I purchased a car yesterday and Indi was my salesman. Indi was very helpful friendly and professional. Indi allowed my husband and I to have a good look around the car on our own, to decide if the car was for me. Definitely not a pushy salesman, which was good for us, as we had been to other car dealers that were and put us off.

Right from the word go Jamie Burton was very friendly and helpful over the phone as I was doing a long distance purchase for a stunning BMW 330e .
When i arrived in the showroom Jamie was waiting on me and the car was sitting outside ready to go, it looked stunning sitting in the forecourt , Jamie offered a testdrive as I came down from Scotland and never tested the car.
Jamie went over all the paperwork and helped with the road tax

What I liked the most is that Dan, the salesperson, didn't put pressure on me to buy the car on finance or purchase any of the optional extras. I found the service to be professional, not pushy. The car was serviced for me before I collected it and the processes were thorough and transparent. Dan was very helpful and the staff seem like they give people guidance without pressurising them. They also have a lot of choice. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Last Sunday I test drove two vehicles at Croyland Car Megastore with the help of Indy. Eventually deciding on a Peugeot 208 GT (HG22 CHJ). I picked the vehicle up today (Thursday) the part exchange of my previous vehicle and the new one went very smoothly and the car drives beautifully.
