I would like to record my utmost gratitude to CR Smith as a whole for their forbearance & understanding following a period of unexpected serious health issues which resulted in a delay to my capacity to arrange follow up snagging visits. Having previously had a horrible experience with a different local company, CR Smith are the complete opposite to this. Special mention to Gregor for his professional & hands on approach & Kody on the phone. Huge thanks also to Brian & Frank who are an impressive double act!👏👏Absolute pleasure to welcome you back to my home! Class act. Highly recommended & appreciated.

I can honestly say these windows & doors are of high quality . We are delighted with them. The fitters put down dust sheets throughout the house there was never any mess they cleaned up after them selves every day. The finish inside is far better than I thought it would be really delighted with the job. The service from the start was excellent from day one always informed what was happening from the girls on the phone & the fitters & after the job was completed the visit from management .. excellent service all round highly recommended..

Arrived as scheduled. Introduced themselves. Advised how work would proceed. Identified throughout installation any issues from previous work undertaken by previous door installers and explained how they would rectify it. Wiki excellent worker and gave full demonstration on how doors locked any snagging and made sure we were happy with all work carried out before leaving. One of the reasons I chose to deal with CRSmith is that their after care service is second to none. When I contacted the office, the staff was extremely helpful and organised a visit within 48 hours. The gentleman who arrived to do the repair was extremely courteous, efficient and explained exactly what was required and the reasons for it.

From sales to installation CR Smith were fantastic, we had an issue which held up the installation but throughout CR Smith worked with us showing great flexibility and customer service, I want to say a massive thanks to both Robbie and Shane for showing great work ethics and for being so polite and willing to answer any questions we had......superb team and would highly recommend CR Smith

CR Smith have been great from start and continue to help with after sales. As you would expect when new doors and windows are fitted there may be a few snags to sort out after and I can easily say CR Smith are fantastic. They have came out as quick as possible to sort a few things with front door and service is excellent. From the staff on the phone to the engineers who come out. Really would recommend them to anyone

Excellent introduction, initial assessment, detail measurement, and installation on the day. The installation team were top class and delivered a high quality, very neat job, along with cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. Final painting and exterior pointing to complete still but I have no doubt that will be done to the same high standards.

Your colleague John was very friendly and professional, explained the issues well so I could understand what the faults were and got straight to work

New front door with glass side panel fitted 19th August by CR Smith. Quality workmanship, an excellent service from joiners very pleased with our new front door would definitely recommend

Bought a beautiful door from CRSmith, unfortunately the wrong glass was installed but getting this resolved was no problem at all. Today the new glass came and it's exciting all over again. Its stunning!! John changed the glass and didn't mind me observing. It was actually quite a quick job and he made it look so simple, I was very impressed. I even helped, just a little! Huge thanks CRSmith, Peter and John for the excellent service. Will definitely use you again.

Superb quality bay window fitted over two days by Lewis and Gordon.The attention to detail especially by Lewis was truly second to none and they even hoovered the staircase twice!! We have used CR Smith previously and would not even consider any other window company. Others may be cheaper but they are certainly the best! Thank you again

Very friendly service and good workmanship.

Great product. They were very supportive and willing to accommodate us from the first call. Very professional and very customer focussed. John and Kai, who fitted our door were quick, very tidy workers and were keen to ensure we were satisfied. They were supported by a friendly, efficient and effective back office and field team. Will certainly use CR Smith again.

Installation of new front door. CR Smith's joiners turned up on time, were friendly and polite, and got the job was done very efficiently and tidily. We were particularly impressed by their choice of music to work by, which was (a) not played too loud, and (b) not horrible thumping modern music; they were singing along to 60s/70s/80s classics on Gold Radio - thumbs up from us old fogies for that! In summary: the usual 5-star job that we have come to expect from CR Smith's installers. Oh, and the new door is very nice, too - we're looking forward to an absence of cold drafts in the hall come the winter (the old wooden front door had had a hard 25 years of facing in to the prevailing weather come rain or shine and was in need of retiring).

Very friendly, no online AI nonsense, you deal with real people who make sure you are happy with the service from start to finish.
As for the joiners, great lads, worked non stop til the job was done and were very tidy,
Just want to update my review.
The actual workmen are absolutely outstanding sociable, friendly, excellent at what they do.
However the people that give you the times and dates are an absolute joke.
4 appointments and 3 changes the only reason its not 4 out 4 is because I stood my ground,
I wasn't going to say anything about this, but today when the painter arrived, I jokingly said to him you're late he said Am I? I said yes you were meant to be here between 9 and 12,
He told his line said between 12 and 6.
I had actually called the office that morning to clarify the time.
The thing is when my door was getting fitted, the office staff had the absolute cheek, to come out and check up on the amazing guys doing the actual graft.
Who the hell is checking on the pen pushing muppets???
