Self awareness.

The course was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. The diagrams in each module really helped in summarizing and understanding it. The podcast at the end of it was a major plus. The end of learning quiz really affirmed my understanding of the whole course. Learned a lot about myself that I was not aware before the start of the exercise. Grateful for the experience.

Important Points noted…

I have grabbed alot of tips from this program!!...from creating a common ground to building rapport,creating strong trust,and personalisation with the guest...understanding guest's mindset is also another crucial point in making a sale that I've learnt..I can't wait to Make those sales by following the 3 main ways of creating a sale and also making guests moments memorable.

Learning About Cruise Retail Finance

Just completed the “Learning About Cruise Retail Accounting”, this was a powerful eye-opener into how retail operations work onboard.

Now I have a better understanding of PPD (Passenger Per Day) and daily targets, to the full lifecycle of a product, pricing strategies, tax implications, and how profit is actually calculated in a cruise retail environment.

The overall experience was marvellous.
