The Self Awareness module was insightful and valuable

The Self Awareness module was incredibly valuable and eye-opening. I appreciated how clearly the content connected personal beliefs, values, motivations, and behaviour to leadership effectiveness. The exercises were practical and helped me reflect deeply on how I come across to others, especially the concepts of the blind spot, the ripple effect, and the importance of the Kaizen feedback cycle.

The DISC assessment was also very insightful and aligned well with the rest of the module. Overall, the course was concise, engaging, and immediately applicable to my professional development.

Thank you for such a well-structured and impactful learning experience.
