It had everything we needed. It was the right size to be able to get around and park easily. Location was convenient and easy to pick up and drop off.

Unfortunately, our experience with Cruisin Motorhomes was very disappointing.
When we collected the motorhome, we were told it had two full gas bottles. On the second day we ran out of gas, so we switched to the second cylinder. We had gas for about a minute before it stopped completely. From that point on we had no working stove or fridge, which meant all of our food spoiled.
When we returned the motorhome and explained what had happened, the response from staff was simply, "You should have called the breakdown line." We explained that we weren't actually broken down, and we also didn't have a working mobile number because we were using eSIMs while travelling. Rather than showing any understanding, we were then told one gas bottle had been empty and the other was full—which made little sense, as both bottles felt the same weight when we changed them.
To top it off, while cleaning the motorhome before returning it, I found hair blocking the shower drain. I'd only had two cold showers during the trip and hadn't washed my hair, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before we collected it.
Adding to our concerns, friends of ours hired a very similar Cruisin motorhome at the same time. Their vehicle broke down on the M1 and they waited over two hours to be collected. They had no access to food while they waited, and when the replacement motorhome arrived they were told to swap the toilet cassette over themselves, even though they hadn't used it. One of our friends has a disability, and the step on the replacement motorhome wouldn't lower, making it extremely difficult for her to get inside. The replacement vehicle's awning was also missing the key latches, so they had to borrow one from our motorhome.
Based on both our experience and what happened to our travelling companions, we were left with very little confidence in the preparation, maintenance and customer service provided by Cruisin. We certainly wouldn't hire from them again.
Very disappointed. When we picked up our motorhome we were told there were two full gas bottles so we would not run out. The people at the desk were made aware that we were not able to make calls from our phones and that we were going to be camping in an area with very limited mobile coverage
First night fridge was running, no stove top kettle but I was able to boil water in a pot and hot water came out of the tap for dish washing. Next morning, fridge nice and cool and able to boil water. That afternoon was a different story. Hob wouldn’t light and fridge was no longer cold. We switched the tanks over. Lit the hob. Hob briefly lit, then died and wouldn’t restart. Opened both tanks. No luck. Tried every variation of open and shut we could think of but nope.
The rest of our stay no hob, no fridge, no hot water. Groceries that needed to be kept chilled were lost.
We kept trying. We’d occasionally get a brief light but it would go out immediately. We lifted the bottles and they were both suspiciously light. This had a big impact on our enjoyment of the weekend.
When we returned the vehicle we let the staff know. We got no sympathy. Apparently should have called roadside assistance. But we weren’t broken down and we had no cell phone coverage to call. Then we were told that one bottle was 95% full so there was no problem. We were promised two full bottles, both bottles had a similar weight, and we weren’t able to use the hob, fridge etc. No apology or understanding for how this affected us. Just here’s you copy of the receipt, good bye.
Friends also booked with Cruisin’ same weekend and also had difficulties, different but impactful.
Fantastic service both on pick up and drop off. Everything explained. Express check in video was great.
Vehicle easy to drive with Everything we needed on board.
Comfortable camper.

A ''bucket list'' trip to the beautiful WA coastline was unfortunately marred by several defects with the Sandpiper 2 Berth that we rented for 3 weeks (not at a small cost). One of the main issues that impacted on our travel for the first 5-6 days of our rental was an extensive leak that developed from the hot water system that inundated the cargo area (and subsequently our luggage) and leaked through the main cabin area out under the bed and cupboards. Cruisin were able to get us into a repairer after 5 days of mopping up every day, however the system had to be removed as was not repairable or nor was a replacement available. Therefore, the next 2 weeks of rental we had no hot water in the van for shower use or washing up and being in the middle of winter this is not ideal. There were multiple other issues with the vehicle, including some safety issues, that were compiled and emailed to Cruisin Customer Care five days ago and disappointingly we have at this stage recieved only a wall of silence from Cruisin in response to our email:(
We hope that others are not having similar experiences with Cruisin!!!!
thanks for a great first time experience living in a motorhome across several scenic spots of tasmania
Shout out to Manoz (MZ) with his great customer service and straightforward support in answering queries. we appreciate the extra effort resolving the minor issues on the way and the refill of gas was done with no issues

Great place to start for a Western Australian road trip. Two weeks of scenic roads and coasts. The van was well equipped and gave us a great base to explore. Service at pick up and drop off was fast and professional.

We relocated a Sandpiper motorhome camper van Hobart to Brisbane. Wonderful adventure! Camper was flawless, comfortable and easy to drive at 6m long. Pick up-drop off process simply easy. Ish customer service in Brisbane was exceptional! Polite, kind and easy going. Hobart Wonderful also. Will do it again 🤩
