Brilliant service and a lovely product.

It would be perfect if it had a key clip

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order. Despite placing the order for a specific purpose, the item not only arrived late but was also incorrect. Despite reaching out four times via email to request a refund, I have received no response. It's disheartening that my concerns have been ignored, and I caution others against purchasing from this company as they have taken my money without any resolution or communication. I'm still waiting for their response and my refund.

This is a replacement for my last bag. Hope this one withstands the same daly use for another 10 years. Only down side is the limited choice of colours

Second or third crumpler bag for me. The previous csmera sling lasted about 20 years before it started looking tatty

I have been a good customer of Crumpler over the years. I recently bought a bag which was faulty. I sent it back. They refunded but refused to pay the £13-80 for my return postage leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own !
They would not reply to my repeated emails which I found very disrespectful.
I look forward to their reply to this experience and I maybe now refund and perhaps explain why they did not answer my emails.

Really pleased with the messenger classic and squid pocket large from crumpler. Nice design and good quality. Speedy delivery as well.

Great bag, solid construction, holds everything I need, fits comfortably and easily adjustable. Quick trackable delivery.

Long delivery times and returns are a complete nightmare. Returned a bag as it was a bit big for medium size. Used the return label that was provided. The package has been sitting at their local Dept waiting collections for over 3 weeks. Reached out to Crumpler team via the web contact form twice but no response. Follow on to that, emailed them twice and still no response or update. Absolutely shocking customer services!

the products are of the very best you can buy, the style is not as fun as the original stuff and as i found out the Australian side of the company makes a better styled product. i have had crumpler bags since 2007 and the dancing figure was part of the attraction to them.
the lack of information after purchase is not good, crumpler should look to addidas online store to see how it should be done. at the moment they dont even get a bronze medal, after finding hidden links and switching to the uk tracker i was able to see the progress. believe me when i say things like this where not an issue before brexit and i think most of the blame can land there.
the only reason i have given the 4 stars is i sent an email for an update and got no reply, thats taking customers for granted and not caring a very bad way to go forward from here. i suggest several managers need to be let go and caring staff promoted, as the service management is ticking the boxes for is leaving a sour taste for customers. all the best crumpler

I can, and have, always trusted Crumpler for over 20 years so this purchase was a no-brainer to protect my MacBook.

The ordering and delivery process was great, they even saved me on import tax.

It’s not a 5 star because the previous 2 crumpler backpacks have had a laptop space that holds the whole laptop. This bag says it holds the 12.9” tablet and 14” laptop, but in practice both these devices stick up out of the sleeve provided.

They still fit, but it’s a stretched fit with the top poking out rather than a snug fit and hidden.
