As a regulated accountancy firm, we are legally required to perform comprehensive due diligence and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on all prospective clients. Unfortunately, the information gathered during these mandatory regulatory checks led to the difficult decision that we would be unable to proceed with our appointment as your accountant.
We understand that this is disappointing news, but we must prioritise compliance. We assure you that the decision and subsequent communication were handled in accordance with our strict professional and regulatory obligations.

After 15 years...
I’ve been with Crunch for around 15 years and am now closing my company. While my accounts haven’t always been perfect, no matter how challenging things got, the team has always been there to help. Their customer service is, without question, the best I’ve experienced with any company. Over the years, every single person I’ve spoken to on the support line has been consistently friendly, genuinely committed to resolving issues, and highly knowledgeable about both the platform and accounting processes. The accountants are equally impressive. Whoever has led and maintained this standard deserves recognition, they should win an award and be teaching other companies how true customer service is done. Successful onboarding to Crunch from another accountant
The Crunch online platform is up-to-date and generally intuitive and straightforward to use. Narendra went through the platform and service on a video call, and answered my questions, which was very helpful.
I moved my company from another accountant, and while this process took around 2 months, most of that time was taken up by me entering details and reconciling bank account payments from the start of the financial year, and then waiting for information from the previous accountant.
I had a useful video call with one of the accountants, Eleri, which was helpful as she answered various questions relating to the transfer of accounts.
Everything is now in place thanks to some great work by Narendra, Eleri, Tom and others in the team.
Thank you all for a successful onboarding experience transferring from my previous accountant.
