Made an appointment with Stephanie. She immediately put me at ease with her professional manner and friendly approach.
I had been suffering from a blocked ear and hearing loss. She explained very clearly the procedure that needed to be undertaken, and she performed the microsuction with very little discomfort. She gave very good advice on future ear care and went out of her way to ensure that I was able to go away on holiday with no pain and the ability to hear again.
I will be using the crystal clear ear clinic in future and recommend it unreservedly.

Friendly, considerate and professional service from Rebecca as always. Detected ear infection and sent photos to doctors. Following this, I was able to get a doctors appointment (and diagnosis and treatment) the following day.

I was experiencing some hearing loss i both ears made a appointment with Rebecca, who put me at total ease explained the procedure ahead ..no discomfort felt ..impacted wax removed and i can now hear the grass growing ...I would definitely recommend the clinic a lot gained in a short procedure thank you 😊

What a great service from opening the door,made to feel at ease procedure explained very well.
