We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. We are passionate that ear care should be accessible to all patient groups, by also offering mobile clinics to care facilities and the house bound. Crystal Clear was founded by our experienced registered Nurse Rebecca Shields, with over 17 years of providing ear care in the community. Rebecca always strives to deliver the highest standard of care to patients and prioritises a personalised and holistic approach to ear care and wax removal. First visit for ear wax removal
Friendly and professional staff. The clinic is spotless as you would expect. This was my first visit and I was made to feel at ease right away.
The procedure was pain free and I was able to see for myself 'before' and 'after' photos showing the wax was gone, which was reassuring. I was given helpful advice on protecting my future hearing and reducing further wax build up.

A routine check, both ears were treated for wax removal.
Rebecca, the clinician, is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly.
Already booked for a consultation in December so I will have ‘ Christmas ears’.
