What can I say, I contacted Danielle in regards to doing a canvas for my cat as we've just found out he has a cancerous tumour & don't now how long he will live.
Unfortunately 5 weeks ago we lost our 16 year old border collie he was a family dog & he had been poorly for a while.
I contacted Danielle to add another canvas onto my order as thought it would be a nice present for my mum & dad.
Danielle was so compassionate towards my circumstances & very patient and always answered emails /messages even on weekends which was always much appreciated.
When I contacted to add another canva onto my order she sorted this asap for me.
I got previews of my canvas before they were made to ensure they were correct re:writing /spelling of names etc....
When I received my canvas I was completely blown away, they were beautiful and something as a family we can treasure forever and I cannot fault them.
Danielle is SO talented.
I will definately use in the future & recommend to family & friends.

I’ve ordered twice from Crystalised Essex and both times I’ve had fantastic service and two absolutely beautiful canvases. My recent purchase got posted at 5pm on the Wednesday and it arrived at 12pm on the Thursday! I was gobsmacked when I opened the door to find it.
