I wouldnt give 1 star, they are an awful company to have to deal with, I ordered my personalised converse for my wedding when they arrived 3 months later (only due to opening a case with PayPal) they weren’t as I ordered. I received a number of abusive messages. In the end I received had to raise a case with my bank who have now refunded me. I would advise you stay clear of making any transactions with this company don’t be fooled by the quick nice responses before making any payments.

Very Poor Quality Items and RUDE customer service
I ordered a canvas, paid £70. It took over a month to arrive and when it did come lots of crystals were missing.
After contacting them I was insulted and refused a refund.
Just avoid this company and their shoddy products, as for customer service it's the worst I have ever received.
