Bought a karambit ruby for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it. The knive looks so nice, he was really happy with this gift. I had a problem with the delivery (the knife arrived on November 23 and i bought it on November 9th) because of the distribution company of my country, but the customer service was amazing, they tried to help me to this problem but the company didn't even respond. This was the first time i felt that someone really cared about his customers and it was nice to have an e-mail from a real person instead of a pre-made email. I totally recommend this website and i will definitely shop here again.

Bought two knives (karam Ruby/Sapphire) on. Thursday for my boyfriend's birthday on Saturday. They shipped it on Friday and they came in the afternoon of Saturday!

The staff is really nice and friendly. They even added a birthday card to it - which I'm grateful for! -

what can i say amazing costumer service. had a problem were they sold the last knife i wanted, so they offered me a brand new one coming to the site soon as an early access and of course i said yes as it looked very nice and also as an apology i got a free key ring not much but it doesn't matter its the little things that can put a smile on peoples faces and appreciate what they are trying to do good company and would give them 7 stars if i could and only 7 cos they have not turned your yet as only ordered yesterday but i bet it will be a 10 when they turn up thank you so much

Ok so I ordered a tiger tooth on Saturday and I ordered it for 1 day delivery , it's Tuesday now I thought my knife would have came but what the hell? I only realised it was a scam after I read reviews online and the lack of communication with customers is absurd , go to royalknives

The site is actually legit, run by Pc Gaming Merchandise Ltd. I ordered a karambit knife, but the order screen was never updated to 'fulfilled', even after it arrived. The knife took 4 days to arrive, but I was never given a deliverey date, even after multiple enquireies. It would seem that the company sufferes from poor communication; especially with customers.

THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT!! BEWARE!!!
