bought 2 items, they promised 10 day shipping. Its been 14 days, only 2 emails received about confirming payment, not about shipping. My attempts to contact them have failed

Bad service
I didn't receive my knife, i waited 2 months.
Thank god paypal gave my money back.

Paid for 1 day delivery, 5 days go past, no email response and no delivery. Requested a refund and *click of a finger* Refund and cancel sent, This company is beyond a joke, Never go here!

This site boasts same day shipping tho its been a week since i made the order and its still status (checking)
After multiple e-mails with no response i sent a very angry e-mail which told them i will be going through paypal to get my money back and straight away my order status changed to CANCELLED which shows they read you e-mails just don't care enough to respond.

Trying to get in contact with them for a knife I ordered almost 2 weeks ago but it says I need a correct email address it says . I also order from elemtal knifes to see which would be here faster and ek was here to days after but I'm still waiting for csgoknives.
Can anyone help me please

I bought my son 2 knives for his birthday as he's a collector ,ordered on the 31st of October ,his birthday was on the 18th of November . When they didn't arrive I was very upset as it was my sons birthday present . I emailed twice, no reply ,then my husband phoned them just got voicemail,they finally emailed me and apologised ,promised me a full refund and 2 knives 1 that I ordered and a replacement for the other I ordered as it was out of stock. This would have been a good outcome but the refund and the knives never arrived ,so I had to report them through PayPal ,only then did I receive 2 knives almost a month and a half after ordering ,PLEASE if you don't want loads of hassle I suggest you avoid this company ,I've never left a review before ,but I don't want anyone to have to go through this stress

I am not even sure this is a real bona-fide company any longer. No email responses and no knife delivered after three weeks. Please please do not waste your money or the hassle in dealing with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

update: made a claim with paypal and got my money back

So i waited 2 months for the knife.. i wouldnt reccomend this company if you want your knife fast but if you dont mind waiting and get it for pretty cheap price its worth^^ the quality of the knife is 9/10 i'd say its Really friggin nice !!

I ordered a vanilla karambit blade and had the order tracked it says on the website that it is being checked but it has been on checking since the 22ND of October I have sent emails asking for feedback on what is going on but I have heard nothing please sort this out.

I ordered a knife on 29th September and I haven't receive it yet! I sent e-mails several times and nobody answers. I'm waiting the period of 45 days to pass and I will make a complaint in the bank and Mastercard! Never do the mistake to order something!!!

I ordered my item on the 30th of September, and have heard nothing since. Not only have I had no communication (I've sent around 7 emails since), the tracking has not updated either. I'm a student, I cannot afford to pay for nothing! The item was to be a gift, for an anniversary that has long since passed!

Please, please, do not buy from this site, regardless of the few 'good' reviews, it is not worth your time.

Told it would take 7-10 business days to receive.
Still haven't received my order...9/28/16
Emailed 4 times and texted twice...NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY.
Tracking hasn't been updated for 22 days.

I paid for 2 knives on the 16th and yet I haven't got a word from you not a thing, it's the 26th today, anyone reading this don't use this company as they won't send you, your stuff and then blow you off when you make a fuss. sort it out.

Been 1 month still havent got my knife I emailed them still havent got 1 reply within a month I find this very stupid trying to get a law suit going this could turn into something decently big

After seeing the previous reviews and cautiously continued with my purchase, knowing that paypal would have me covered if stuff hit the fan, received an email saying my order was confirmed and the knife rocked up at my door 5 days later, and im in AUSTRALIA! honestly the only issue was lack of communication between the seller via email, otherwise would 100% recommend

So, I've previously bought a Karambit Fade from another retailer - RoyalKnives.co.uk. This knife is amazing. It came a day after I had ordered it and is high quality. The Bayonet I ordered from csgoknives.co.uk hasn't even arrived after 2 MONTHS! No replies to emails, just seems like a badly run company from my perspective. I've given up with it for now and just disputed it on Paypal so should get my money back. I advise you to shop elsewhere.

I brought a karambit tiger tooth on the site a month ago. I did not Get any confirmation Mail on my purchase. A bit later i got a Mail from FedEX, telling me i had a package coming my way. After a week i checked the tracking link, and it stood that it was deliverd. I contacted FedEX, and they said i was something wrong on the package, and that they sent it back to csgoknives.uk. I have now sent a Mail twice, asking If they are going to fix it, and sending it again. This i now starting to be a while ago, and i am now wondering what is happening over there. No communication what so ever!

I gave CSGOKNIVES 2 stars because of their lack of communication skills. I have emailed them several times and on adverage it takes them 5 to 6 DAYS for them to respond. This alone has ruined my entire experiance with them. I was affected by their shipping delay and all people who were affected were suppose to be able to choose a free Karambit knife. But I dont know how I am suppose to choose which one I want, so I have emailed them numerous times over the past 5 days asking them how to choose my knife and they wont respond. I am not sure whether it is because there not really giving out free knives because of their shipping delay or because they just dont want to answer my emails. The other reason I gave 2 stars is because the shipping has taken so ridiculously long. It is just one delay after another (without much explanation over email) and if they ever do email back giving instructions on how to choose my Complementary Karambit, Im almost positive it will take about 2 months to arrive.

It took a little while for the knives to get here but the people were very friendly and helpful
