I bough a huntsman night knife on the 19th of april and still hasn't arrived. They emailed me once telling me that they were dispatching the knife on the 29th of april or the 2nd of may. It's the 10th and the knife is still not here. I've tried to send them emails and nothing has been happening. They never told me anything about the delays or anything. So it'd be nice if they were able to reply to this review.

so i ordered a knife from CSGOKNIFE.CO.UK april the 22 and i first thought that i was going to get my knife whit in 10 days but i realized that it was a pre-order and it wasn't going to be sent until the last of april, but at that point i had sent them a e-mail but i didn't get a response so i sent another one and noting and today it's the 8 of may and my order still says awaiting processing and i doubt that it will get to me in 2 days and if you see this my order ID is 104219 and pleas answer me

gonna give them 4 stars now because i know now that it ain't their fault because they have some problems with their e-mail

well the day has come where i finally got my knife, and i can't say anyting els than im very very dissapointed

their knife where supposed to sharp mine is as dull a i butterknife and i where going to get a carambit as well but didn't get that and they have never responded to my e-mails even when peter the one who responded said try sending to our buissnes mail. And at this point i hope the can send me an e-mail to me so that i can at least get contact whit them and thats why i give them 2 stars now would have given them one but i at least got my knife

I originally gave them a 3 star, but I bumped them up to 4 because they are currently the cheapest on the market, not the quickest, but certainly the cheapest!

My experience with CSGOknives.co.uk isn't exactly the best, as I was put in a group of people who hadn't received their items, had no contact replies after 1+ months of our order.

It took the company 1month 6days to get my order across to the warehouse, but after a few baits at the company, they did eventually send the order and the karambits was delivered 2 days later.

I cannot recommend the company personally, but I cannpt say that they don't deliver either, because they do, even if it is 1/2/3/4 months later, you get what you pay for.

Communications: 4/10 - They take a fairly long time to reply.

Customer service: 8/10 - They managed to put up with my childish like *baits* behaviour, which I take my hat off to them for keeping their cool.

Products: 10/10 - Thought the marble fade isn't as good looking as the pictures, the vanilla stained is beautiful!

been waiting well over a month now for 2 knives as i thought i could trust these guys. tried to email but you never ever seem to receive any response, the only way to talk to these guys is by twitter but then if you message them more twice they block you immediately. After multiple emails and multiple tweets to try and finally get an order i had still nothing. i bet if i actually got the items they would be great. but till that time comes IF that time comes i do not ever reccomend anyone ordering with this website. CSGOKNIVES.CO.UK reported this as they have no record of this but please allow me to ask what is happening with Order ID 102186. you will now have record of my details on your website. Do not report this review again when it is 100% Legitimate.

I wrote a review for this company here earlier, because what i ordered was not in a very good condition. I provided them with photos and they promised me a brand new one.
I never recieved it, because of some emails that i never recieved, regarding delivery.
Despite this, they were generous enough to provide me with yet another free knife, as compensation for all the problems, even though it's neither of our faults.
I would advice anyone, looking for a real life cs:go knife to consider these people, not only because of prices but also because of the phenomenal costumer service.
