There are 20 people in line waiting for vitals at the Evansville location. Only two or three of all the workers are efficient. This place has awful customer service. I don't recommend coming here.
First time at CSL yesterday for donation. Easy check-in on the kiosk. Line had about 14 people, staff very nice and efficient. Facility very clean. Been to other donation spots but I'll definitely b... See more

CSL Plasma in Spartanburg,SC…
CSL Plasma in Spartanburg,SC employs the rudest nurses I have ever come across. They are condescending and treat the donors like they are nothing. The office is also filthy and not up to the standards of a plasma donation sight should be.
I'm a first time donor and the…
I'm a first time donor and the experience itself was fine. But I wouldn't recommend or go back solely due to their payment system. They give you a payment card through paysign and it's impossible to get it to your own bank account. There's no direct transfer option. I have tried cash app and gotten charged all kinds of fees because they decided to decline the card. I have gone to a specified ATM and gotten declined. And you have to be careful there, too, because they'll charge you all kinds of weird fees. Several people claim to have all kinds of money taken off in ridiculous fees. Their whole payment system is the absolute pits. I needed my money in my own bank account. So now an unused card is in my possession when I needed to add it to bill money and, as a result, what feels like a lot of time spent for nothing.
Junkies
If you see a CSL plasma pop up in your neighborhood, congratulations! The junkies will be there shortly. Get ready for a beggar at every light of the closest intersection.
Corporate Greed
CSL corporate thinks it’s customers are too desperate for the money they earn donating plasma! Months ago they lowered the first donation of the week by 3 dollars. And today after donating the second time this week, they took 10 dollars away from this donation! Their stock has been tumbling, and this is their remedy! My advice is take your plasma to their competitors! I know I will!!
Profit before people
CSL Plasma is in serious decline! There are simply not enough “phlebotomists” on the floor daily. Donors are expected to wait in line 2 for over an hour, which is utterly ridiculous. The compensation is laughable and getting worse by the day. The lack of proper cleaning and sanitation is clearly at the bottom of your priorities! The treatment of employees and the pay they receive are downright shameful. It’s unacceptable that CSL seems to prioritize profits over the people who keep it running. This needs to change immediately and people like me are willing to do just that. Do better!
Could be a bit better
I go to the one in Macon Georgia. They do an okay job but it is hard to hear when they call you for the vitals or to donate. Some of the staff don’t seem like they really like their job but all the staff are pleasant.
It would be nice if they paid more but it still helps.

The owners are greedy as hell.....that is all I have to say
I went into CSL this afternoon in…
I went into CSL this afternoon in Yeadon PA. The staff employee immediately rejected me stating they do not accept donors from Philadelphia. Yeadon is a small county DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO PHILADELPIA!!! If this was true, then it should be stated on the website, and the option of "choosing"a location should have terms stated clearly.
The good news is I only wasted half of a day. I am seeing review where people are getting sent to the ER after the visit, have injuries from incompetent phlebotemists, and unprofessional staff. This place needs a class action suit and to be shut down. Permanently.
Not worth it.

I am a 1st time Donor I know I expected longer time for 1st time. However, I got there...no one was at front desk about 20 minutes finally someone came did take my information watch the video and sat in waiting room 2 and half hours no one came couple asked said wait a "little bit" after 2 half hours I walked out. They need improve 1st time donor system speed things up!
Was donating just fine with no issues…
Was donating just fine with no issues until I went to the admiral location. I should have known better because I have had issues there before because I do have a skin condition. They put me on a permanent deferment after telling me that they would not change anything on my file so I could go back to the downtown center. Straight up lied. I'm definitely never going back now.
Inappropriate and unethical behavior from staff
This complaint is in regard to the CSL plasma center located in Grand Junction Colorado. To know where to even start with this review is beyond me. Not only does this center have poor customer service, with incredibly long waits and rude employees, they also have a tendency to employee very unethical personnel. You have employees who are sleeping with donors who are married, allowing donors to donate who are not qualified to donate, etc. Can't imagine a place of business that knowingly and willingly allows personnel to be employed who are comfortable with violating company policies that are set to protect the health of your plasma recipients. Seems like a company that cares more about profit rather than the integrity of the business. In most any other company, employees like this would be dismissed. What makes matters worse is this specific employee is in a management as well.
i have tried CSL plasma twice now
i have tried CSL plasma twice now. They pay less than other donation centers and the workers are a bit hostile. Not sure why, this place is not popular and not busy. The workers spend a lot of time gossiping, they gossip about their jobs, the people donating, CSL, etc. Problem is, they do it right in front of you, you hear everything and its not a good feeling. If you hate your job and you hate the people that come to donate, maybe you should look for a different job.
And there is always a line. Every time I have been there, only a few others showed up. Last time I was second in line and the line did not move. When 17 other people came in (finally) after me, things started moving but when I was by myself, I just stood there waiting.
Their stickers are not the best. Its always painful and mostly I bleed and/or bruise when I take the bandage off at home. I get some neosporin and put on a band-aide till the bleeding stops. I don't really like this place
I just park my car in the lot like…Las Vegas CSL
I just park my car in the lot like everyone. One person that screens came over to the booth I am being screened at yelling at me 3 times to move my car now. She was angry for some reason. It's not an employee parking spot because many donors park there and the MGR said its okay to park. There is no street parking. I walked out fast because she was just escalating this, over 25 doners heard this, how unprofessional and rude and embarrassing. My complaints to corporate goes unanswered and resolved. I have not returned. 282 donations I am platinum level. I am 72 years old.
I go to the location in Birmingham
I go to the location in Birmingham, AL andiy is full of very nice and professional people too. I actually feel like I'm welcome here and never had a bad experience
Horrible customer service
I go to the plasma place in Wilmington NC. High turnover rate. Workers like to chitchat with each other than do their job. Multitask. The front counter needs a dedicated customer service person so that the employees working the vitals stations don't have to stop with the person they are working with to answer the phone or talk to the people coming in to ask questions. Also they started this thing where if you're a new donor you get to jump to the front of the line for the hookup floor. They didn't do that 3 yrs ago when I started. I was there this past Tuesday to donate, I was there for 3 hrs waiting in line to have my vitals taken then the line to the hook up floor, 4 people got put in the front of the line in front of me which made it longer for me. REDICULOUS. I work full time which a lot of those people do. Standing on the cement floor waiting in lines for 3 hrs is not comfortable. When they were staffed I could be in and out in half that time. They got new machines so they're only using roughly a dozen chairs in the donation floor which isn't helping the line. I was there around 4pm, the lines are so rediculous and so they're rushing that the girl who stuck me didn't place the needle correctly so it was getting air at the needle spot, was very uncomfortable, my arm has felt bruised for 2 days. Something needs to be done. I've been told by a reliable source that people are leaving this one and going to the other plasma donation place in wilmington.
××××× Warning ××××××To much drama
××××× Warning ××××××To much drama. Every staff member talks behind each othes back, in front of the people donating. High turn over with employees. I've donated and 5 times and my money has not been on my card at the end of the donation. I've had to call or come back to this location to get my money pushed through! The manager acts if this isn't problem! So unprofessional!
I donated at CSL in Cleveland Ohio
I donated at CSL in Cleveland Ohio, west 25th. I found it to be a way better experience than I thought it would be! The center was clean and the staff was friendly. My friends had ragged on me about donating plasma and I was feeling awkward about it. The nurse that did my physical, GG, she was awesome. She made me feel at ease. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She told me there's no shame in donating plasma and all the many ways I would be helping
to save lives. She really helped to make this a great experience for me! I will be telling my friends!
SICK of the LONG LINES!!!
Im so sick of the VERY LONG LINES!!!! Every time I come I WAIT forever to donate. Don't come here unless you enjoy WAITING!!!
