Thank you to CT skills for helping me achieve my level 3. I was a little behind and Rachel H helped me get back on track! I've received so much support and commendation, as well as understanding when I am unable to complete something.

Absolutely terrible!!! Avoid avoid a void with all cost! Find a different training provider as this one is awful!
Management are rude and inconsiderate.
Assessors always on anual leave but when you don’t complete something you’ll have a stick up your back. They will not provide you with the appropriate information you need, coursing you more stress than needed. When I asked to make a formal complaint the manager didn’t even bother to respond to me. Pure ignorance. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD AT ALL COST

I've recently completed a Level 4 qualification under CT Skills for which they supported me for 18 months. Jo Green was my tutor throughout and was extremely helpful and supportive as was great to have the consistency of one point of contact. Jo presented information in a way that was clear to understand and was always available for queries and organised appropriate training courses for me to undertake as part of the journey. I would highly recommend CT skills if you are looking at a qualification.
Throughout the course, I have had Liz Abraham as my tutor who has been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout all of the courses and always brought a friendly and approachable demeanour to meetings and conversations. In addition to this, I never once felt like I wasn't able to ask for help and seek support regardless of how small or daft a question was.

I am still waiting for my course to be unlocked.
I was first told wait for 5 to 10 days then I got an email asking why I want to do the course since then absolutely nothing, no replies to my emails asking for help to unlock.

I’ve had the best experience with ct skills whilst doing my level 3. Lucy C has been amazing and i can’t ever thank her enough for how much she’s helped me and how much she’s pushed me to get where i am today. She’s the most amazing person and i would recommend her to anyone, not only does she help you amazingly to do succeed and pass your course she’s always there if you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to. She’s always there to help and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable or wrong asking for help. i’m a lot more confident now then i was at the beginning and i want to thank Lucy C for helping me boost my confidence. I would highly recommend Lucy C when completing an apprenticeship or course at CT skills.

In the final stages for completing my Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship with CT Skills. The course is set out in modules making it more manageable and the support to finish the course has been wonderful. would recommend to anyone to attend the workshops provided as they are informative and well organised. Would recommend CT Skills.

I was applying for an apprenticeship for a hr level 3 role a few months ago, spoke to a woman called Lesley. absolutely the rudest and most intimidating person ever, very judgemental whilst creating my application. Do not apply for anything through this company unless you want to deal with this behaviour. I will not specify the date this occurred as I want to stay anonymous.
I had a good experience with CT skills. They encouraged me with time management, the importance on reflecting on what I’ve learnt through off the job training and gave me support throughout. They went through the struggles of starting up my level 3 again when I had cancelled it prior, and I was able to proceed from where I left off. Over all very happy with my experience 😊.

The start was hard. The customer service was not as helpful as they promised on the website.
But after when I said enough, and I want to leave they helped me with my questions.
I did not get the course what the course name was, and I do not like it, but now I will finish it.

I filled out the enrolment form as asked on 20th October for Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills. I have completed the online induction, but when I go to open the units they are locked.
I have sent messages, emails and phoned no answer except one saying I need to finish my enrolment. Not feeling very confident I am going to be doing this course and was really looking forward to doing it.
Can someone help please.

I have been studying for my level 3 TA apprenticeship, it's been a great experience working with CT skills. I've gained my level 2 English and Maths with them aswel, although I found maths tricky I still had lots of support from my assessors to help me gain a pass! I would recommended CT skills as all the staff I dealt with were all friendly, polite and understanding (as some times life does get in the way lol)

The staff at CT Skills have been wonderful throughout my studies. While I changed tutors towards the end of the course, there were no difficulties, and I have been supported throughout. Everything that I needed to do was explained thoroughly and I received regular feedback to improve over time.
The apprenticeship itself is divided into multiple topics but begins with Self-Awareness and Managing Self, which acts as a good foundation to build on as you apply your learning to those in your team.
I found the material very useful and have used what I learned regularly since, especially regarding time management and leadership styles.
I highly recommend CT Skills as an apprenticeship provider, and am looking forward to continuing my studies at some point in the future at a higher level.

After completing my level 2 accounting apprenticeship with CT Skills which ran smoothly with no issues, I enrolled to complete the level 3.
After only dealing with 1 tutor at level 2, for the level 3 I had 4 tutors at various points, with 2 being temporary which made studying much more difficult. The course ended up taking 21 months, when it should've only taken 15. At one point we were told they forgot to teach my class!
Then, for the apprenticeship part of the course, my tutor for the coursework didn't have an accounting background but was telling me what I should and shouldn't include in a portfolio despite no previous experience within accounting.

Esther made my whole experience and I couldn't thank her enough! She is a superstar and helped me the whole way and she really built my confidence!

I enjoyed learning about all the different topics, there was lots of support around me.

I needed some support and rarely got any support or feedback from anyone and I was diagnosed with a long term health condition sent emails and had 0 response from anyone. In the end I was removed from the course without any feedback to my email stating that I had recently been diagnosed with a long term health condition. No support whatsoever wouldn't recommend if you are disabled or have a long term health condition.

I've just completed my level 5 Operations Management Apprenticeship with CT Skills ... I'm now just waiting on the outcome of my EPA. (eeekk!!)
I want to give a shout out to Sinead who picked up the very end of my course due to my previous Tutor leaving - not ideal for her at all as time was against us for a final deadline of completion. I referred to myself as the 'awkward Annie' as I was on the old assessment so appreciate it was confusing at times ... but Sinead persevered with me, reassured me and gave me lots of very useful hints and tips for the EPA. Thanks sooo much for your patience Sinead! You really helped me digest what was needed at an overwhelming time.
