Hit and Miss when ordering!

Previous orders from this place arrived promptly, fresh, well packaged and everything great! But my last order had inventory issues and included a slip that basic said tough feces, I ain't getting what I ordered and that they would refund me. Well they never did, never fixed their mistakes. Never took responsibility. Had to contact them many many times and finally got an incomplete refund. Big headache!!! You're better off going to your local latin market and buying the same products for 1/3 the price!!!
