I love this brand. I discovered it when I was in Thailand, they have very convenient instant green tea powder that you can dissolve in a cold water and drink it to refresh yourself on a hot day. It is a mass-market brand, so don’t expect luxurious quality, but it is a very decent brand. I drink green tea regularly as a replacement for coffee, so it’s nice to be able to buy authentic green tea outside of Asia.
Anyone who's been living in Japan knows Ito En tea brand. It's literally everywhere, in any convenience store or vending machine. As I'm living between two countries, I tried to ordered Ito En at their US site and was completely shocked by their prices. 27 USD for a bottle that costs 1 dollar in Japan??? I understand there are some shipping costs but the prices for America are just not fair.
