After the approval of a refund, I initially got quick feedback on enquiries. Now everything has gone quiet.What might be the problem as it is totally contrary to my experience up to now?

Still waiting for my refund or any notice...
I was exciting renting a car for first time with agency. I sent multiple email to get status of my refund- credit and no answer. I tried to call all the phone numbers showing on line and all of them are off. Everything is about communication and customer services. We all are on the same page with this pandemic but professionalism should be on top.

People travel for different reasons, but for me and my husband it's always for the same purpose. Our goal is to get to know the physical place we are traveling, meet and connect with the local people and search for experiences that will offer us new perspectives on the history and people we visit.
Amanda tailor-made an itinerary with the perfect blend of experiences so we could imagine other people's stories and efforts to achieve their goals. In Havana we were surprised by the beautiful architecture, both pristine and deteriorating. The ocean side of the city, the Malecon, once had beautiful palatial properties, now deteriorated by the winds and sea that often pounds over the sea wall. Music, dance and classic car tours engulfed us into a sense of the cuban culture and experience. We took two salsa lessons and were amazed by those who dance with the elegance and energy that Cubans bring to the dance floor. We wanted to immerse ourselves with the history, politics, economics and a realistic view of the challenges faced by Cuba and its industrial people over the centuries but particularly now in this era. Our conversations were real and honest. We were very impressed by the ingenuity and drive of the people to make do with everything available to them. A farm to meal experience showed us how a small farm could effectively cultivate numerous products with competence including business skills that maximize and draw on all the opportunities available. We were then treated to lunch at a restaurant with products that had come from this specialty farm.
From Havana to Vinales, Trinidad to Santa Clara and back to Havana, we were stunned by the beauty of natural mountain pools of water, pristine bays and coast with so little development that they could be genuinely enjoyed. Then there were opportunities to stay with a local family in a casa particular where we were awakened in the mornings by a man riding his bicycle and calling out to sell the bread freshly made that morning. The children were prepared for school by their parents and grandparents and off they walked in their uniforms. It was delightful. Amanda planned each day to make it unique, fun, memorable and informational.
The only thing that could have been better about the trip, was to have had more time to see the other half of the country that was beyond our reach in the 9 days we had available.
We will be back for another Cuba Travel Network vacation!

We decided to plan our trip to Cuba with the help of an experienced specialist and found CubaTravelNetwork online. They helped us with the arrangements and took care of the visa. You should have an idea of the type of trip you are seeking. They will arrange details.
We were greeted at the airport and helped with the rental car. All hotel recommendations and tour arrangements proved to be very good.
The real test came when we got caught in the corona virus shut-down of Cuba for tourists. They helped us reschedule arrangements and finally at the airport plagued with long lines their representative helped us find the fastest way through.
For any future trip to Cuba we will use them again.

We're just back from an incredible, memorable 2 weeks in Cuba. After a fair amount of research with a few companies - we first contacted Cuba Travel Network in November and the brilliant Amanda explained, very professionally, how everything I asked for was wrong (and she was so right!) and that she would put together a perfect itinerary & trip for us. And she did and it was all fabulous. The 4 day hotel in Havana & trips were fabulous, the 5 days & trips in the Casa in Trinidad were very special - an amazing must-see town, and the 4 days at the Royalton on Cayo Santa Maria were perfect! Possibly the best beach & sea we've even been to! And finally the last night at The Nacional in Havana was great.
I would recommend anyone to go to this amazing country (expect to be a little laid back!) and you MUST speak to Cuba Travel Network. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, helpful & professional - but expecially Amanda (Supergirl) who tailormade the perfect holiday for us.

For my third trip to Cuba I decided to rent a car to be able to visit more places. I found this agency and they assisted me with everything, not only the car but planning different tours and places they recommended. Big shoutout to Alexie Céspedes and who they called Manolito, they both were amazing. Great customer service and attention to details. Thank you both!!!

So every year our office takes to team building trips. For this spring, we chose Cuba. It was rather last minute and I reached out to our hotel for assistance with transport and a guide. After and endless string of emails, I gave up! While searching the internet for options, I contacted several agencies. AMANDA MAITLAND from Cuba Travel Network responded almost immediately. Within a day she had set up a complete itinerary for our group of 13! Suddenly, from despair, we found ourselves with a bus, a driver and a guide! Everything went off perfectly. Our group had a wonderful time. The guide was outstanding. Everything ran on schedule. Our group had the best time ever! THANK YOU AMANDA!! Very happy with the whole experience and suggested choice of stay overs during our 10 day self driving holiday around the north west part of Cuba. All went smoothly even with the potholes of Cuban roads and the diabolically scant and slow internet and telephone. Maps.me saved the day as we used it for navigation (GPS based app that doesn’t require internet or phone connection ). We bought a SIM card here in Cuba and the office kept in regular touch with us via messaging. Our Australian phones could not connect otherwise. Thanks Cuba travel network

Well planned trip, excellent organisation, especially using the VIP arrival at Hanava airport. All representatives turned up on time and kept in touch throughout the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Amanda in getting everything organised and in dealing with an issue we had while there. (Personal not CTN fault).

Excellent – from the moment Amanda at Cuba Travel Network contacted me, I felt I was in good hands and so it proved to be. Everything was meticulously organized, the itinerary, tourist visas, guides and transportation. We spent a week in Cuba, and in that short time had many memorable experiences; Old Havana; the Tropicana; the beauty of the Vinales area; Trinidad, a World Heritage UNESCO site; tobacco farms and sugar plantations and finally the Che memorial. Over the period of our stay we had four guides and numerous taxi pick-ups, every single appointment was precisely on time. The vehicles we travelled in were of a high standard and all drivers drove expertly, with care and consideration. However, what made our holiday was the guides. They were all charming, well informed, articulate and our thanks go to Rachel, Julio, Rey and Randy who made our visit an unforgettable experience.

Our holiday was carefully planned, according to our wishes. The local representatives were very friendly and helpful. A very good service, from beginning to the end, which I only can recommend.

Thanks to Amanda M. I was able to experience the most during my short visit.

Amanda informed me how to travel throughout the country, at an economical cost. She suggested great places to eat and stay, like the National Hotel in Havana and the Redacción restaurant in Trinidad. She did an excellent job describing the areas, as well as how to have access to the Internet.

Thanks to Amanda I had peace-of-mind, saved time and money.

Our trip, overall, was excellent. We were originally supposed to stay at the Hotel Inglatera but at the last minute we were switched to another facility. Communications with our agent were at times not as good as one would expect. This made a big difference in our trip. While the place we stayed was OK, it was in a much less desireable location and not really what we wanted. The driver that we were given for our trip outside of Havana was not very knowledgeable and in spite of our very clear instructions, got us to the airport almost an hour late.
All that being said, the trip really was wonderful and we are very glad that we went.

I don’t know where to start. We booked very late but Amanda was so helpful in putting an itinerary together for us merging 2 tours and tweaking slightly to fit in with our flights. From meeting us at the airport sitting us in the lounge while they got the baggage for us to being met from the taxi at the airport and helping us with check in on our way home we were very well looked after. The staff at the San Miguel hotel were so friendly & helpful. Our first experience was a sunset vintage car ride with Julio who spoke good English & dropped us off at a great restaurant for our first taste of Cuban cuisine. Next day was a very interesting 4 hour walking tour round the old town with our own guide then we had a day to explore by ourselves. The highlight of our holiday was when we met Adrian our driver & guide for the next 4 days. We travelled to Vinales, Playa Larga, Bay of pigs, Trinidad & Santa Clara and his enthusiasm & knowledge of his country was infectious. We rode horses, went snorkelling & zip wiring, saw orchids & hummingbirds & Adrian taught us basic salsa & Cha Cha on the beach to the sounds of a typical Cuban band. We stayed at 3 different Casa Particulars & the one at Playa Larga - Sol y Caribe - was my favourite as it is right on the beach & we could have dinner & cocktails there. (Thank you Joel) We learnt about Fidel Castro, Che Guevara & the country’s colourful past. We laughed we danced we sang we ate we did things we never thought we would - I have to say Cuban Travel Network far surpassed our expectations. We are both well travelled but have taken Cuba to our hearts and hope to come back again soon to see more of this wonderful Country. Can’t thank you enough Amanda - it was great to meet you on our last night & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone thinking of visiting Cuba

We were taken care of from the moment we arrived. The guides were outstanding. The itinerary was executed perfectly.

We had a very nice Trip to Cuba. Thank you very much for the good Organisation.
We enjoyed the island, the people and the weather.
All hotels and particulares were good.
But the Hotel Paradisus los Cayos has a very bad Service at the reception! We get no informations about the Hotel. We get only the key. No one brought us to our Suites.
Later, when we asked something at the rezeption, they asked us, if we where from Auschwitz! That‘s not OK! That‘s Offensive! We travel a lot around the world and something like this is never happened to us.
All other parts of the Hotel and the stuff were very nice.

We booked transfers, accommodations and a rental car. Everything works perfectly and we appreciated to have:
Manuel et the Havana airport to give us some tips upon arrival and manage to have our check-in at priority desk,
the visit of Diana at our hotel in Havana to give us some local tips and check if everything was perfect,
and Elena in Amsterdam who works professionally and efficiently.
In addition, the price is not overdone compared with direct reservations.
To be recommended, they are great.
