I love this gadget

I love this gadget - it has literally changed my life! It is quick, easy to assemble, very effective and so easy to clean. I used to say that I used my Thermie at least once per day - with the smart slicer - it has now changed to twice daily!! I missed out on the "offical" one but I actually am very happy that I did now - thanks team - great job!!

smartslicer for TM6

They sent 2 smartslicers. 1 had broken part the other was faulty and didn’t slice/grate just mushed everything into a pulp. Contacted Culinary-family who have informed me that I’ve put the equipment together wrongly (no instructions with products) I’ve not reversed or set the right settings- I have. I need to video the equipment to see what the problem is- but I need to return unused. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have asked for returns label but I have to pay for the return and now they’ve said I can’t return as it’s at a promotional price so is not refundable and that they will send new parts. Totally unacceptable the products are not well made. The products are not fit for purpose. I’ve now contacted my bank to dispute the transaction but I have 2 smartslicers which are useless broken and a company who are unreasonable. They also say that they are not affiliated with Thermomix
You have only decided to refund me as I informed my bank and told you I’d write a bad review. Until this time you’ve refused to let me send these goods back, you said I’d purchased them at a promotional price so I couldn’t get them refunded or returned. So my 1 star review stays as is! Be careful if you buy anything off these people they change their policies to suit!

You didn't agree to play the game with us, so we gave you a 100% refund (you and your bank don't have to do anything, your money will automatically arrive in your account).

You were able to keep the products free of charge without having to return them and you had a team on hand to help you use our products.

Note also that we sent you new spare parts free of charge so that you can use the SmartSlicer perfectly.

All our customers are satisfied with the quality and have been able to use the SmartSlicer on their TM5 and TM6 without the user guide, even though it is available 24/7 on our website.

We are disappointed with your review as the service we have provided deserves 5 stars.
