I recently ordered the slicer and it’s saving time in my kitchen everyday. It’s sped up my salad and stir fry meals and I’ve started slicing cucumbers and pickling them. Easy to use and integrates seamlessly with the TM6.

Exciting delivery!

The product arrived in very secure and well protected packaging. i sent a query to Culinary Family and received a prompt response. I am very pleased with the quality of the cutter/grater - it performs as expected. I love the way it grated cheddar cheese - much better result that in the Thermo Jug. I also sliced fennel, cucumber, celery and green apple for a salad - too easy!

Unichop

I recently purchased the “Unichop” from the Culinary Family. It has made my Thermomix even better by chopping ingredients at the bottom of the bowl instead of them ending up all over the place. It’s neater, more economical and much easier to clean.

The great thing about the thermo is…

The great thing about the thermo is that it caters to all my food intolerance and more. It's even got my husband and kids making meals, and I don't buy shop brought biscuits, cakes, and muffins. Even with the meals, we now enjoy a whole range of recipes from different cultures, after 2 years of having a TM5 I did purchase a TM6 to join my kitchen counter and I am looking at purchasing a third to join the counter and start taking it away more on our holidays.
I'm an enthusiastic and creative cooker and I love to creat meals, deserts and more. I even make my washing machine powder aswell. It's so versatile.

I ordered 2, received 2, they did come with no instructions so I googled and easily worked it out, the feeding tube is a little small so you just have to cut potatoes to fit, I love it, it works very well.

Had to email the company to receive the user guide.

I received the slicer but was disappointed it did not come with instruction. Because it is a slicing machine, I feel this was crucial. After emailing the company, they promptly replied with the user guide attached.

inexistent customer care

I received the slicer. No instructions. Does not seem to have 4 different options. Customer care is inexistent. I had trouble with the delivery. Sent 4 emails and never received a reply. I will not recommend buying from them.

CULINARY FAMILY SMART SLICER

Received my slicer the other day, no instructions and the blade does not flip, reverse, so that you can do fine and think. Tried to Google how to use and video only showed thick slice. Tried to grate carrot and was a mush on top of blade. I contacted them several times and been totally ignored. Wouldn’t recommend them to purchase from. Especially since Alyce Alexander and Vorwerk are the same price. I’ll give them a day to respond then I’m off to the bank to dispute the transaction.

I have the slicer for the thermomix

I have the slicer for the thermomix. It’s cheaply made, comes with only 1 disk so you cannot adjust thickness, the feeding tube is small so no slicing of potatoes. They took a great idea and ruined it.

Never received my order

Never received my order. According to them my address was wrong even though it was right on the conformation email.
I sent several emails with little response at first. Not sure if it was just busy due to being over the Christmas period.
I finally got a response and am getting a refund.

You need this product.

Great product I have now bought another slicer for my daughter in law for Xmas. It works wonderfully just need to go slow first time to get used to it. I also bought two scrapers best design yet plus they don’t get torn by the blades. Thermomix are out of stock of the slicers this product is exactly the same much cheaper and does the job. Highly recommended great customer service too!
