Having rented our house out for five years with a new carpet, we paid for the silver service plan as there were many stains and foot fall marks. Our cleaner Tariq was punctual, very thorough, down on his hands and knees cleaning individual stains plus the carpet cleaning machine. He also offered some good advice. We are very pleased with the results

I booked them to clean some rugs, only to be told that they do not clean rugs. I dont know any carpet company that cannot clean a rug. This person arrived with a small 'henry' cleaner. Was promised a refund but that did not materialise either. Booked the job with another company who did a great job.

I was so grateful for my end of tenancy cleaning from Cullens Cleaning.The really did make a silk purse out of a sows ear.Lovely people did exactly what they said they would.Another worry off my mind.Would always use them again!

Our oven was covered in grease and grime, but they made it look like new. The cupboard doors were greasy, but are now respectable. The sink was covered in limescale, but is now bright and shiny. Very hardworking, very good-humoured. Very pleased. Thank you.

Completed a pre-sale clean of flat with particular emphasis on very grubby kitchen area. Team picked up key from estate agents and did a great job, leaving place sparkling.

Cullens cleaning did a very good job under difficult circumstances in the house. The team were easy to communicate with, punctual in attendance and gave consistent feedback on any issues encountered.

Cullens Cleaning provides polite and professional customer service and is easy to work with. They were punctual and accommodating when it came to extra requests. However, the quality of cleaning was inconsistent; some areas were left with stains and mould, and certain spots were not cleaned thoroughly. Despite providing helpful cleaning advice, there were issues with thoroughness. Overall, the service was mixed, leading to an average experience.

Really great and polite customer service in the run up and after the clean. I live abroad, so got a comprehensive photo-update of pre- and post-clean.

Only issue that came up was that residual water reacted with some cleaning products to give strange rust spotting on the kitchen sink area and metal hob cooker, which seems to have resolved itself apart from some heavy staining on the hob. Cullens gave some good tips for cleaning it off if it remains.
