The operative was on time, polite, and he explained what he was going to do. And he did an excellent job with the carpets.

I ordered a deep clean, i dont think i received a normal clean. I specified a clean of certain appliances both contained mould after the so called clean. Light fittings covered in cobwebs. One star because the gentleman helped move my bed. I dont recommend this company, waste of money.

Response to your reply: the washing machine dispenser hadnt even been touched , let alone steamed, I cleaned it myself in 10 mins using cleaning agents. Your cleaner also left food in the dishwasher after the supposed clean. I actually had to point this out to her as well as numerous other uncleaned things- I eventually gave up when I realised I was wasting my time. The cleaners were told to clean where was accessible. She could easily have dusted - these areas were accesible. I dusted myself without moving any boxes. All in all a very poor service.

Efficient and friendly service. Maddy and Terry arrived like the cavalry, were prompt and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone!

I found Cullens via a Google search and booked with them after seeing all their positive reviews. From obtaining my quote through to the implementation of the clean, Cullens were extremely easy to work with. I added on last minute requests to my clean and they accommodated without any issue. The team are friendly, professional and deliver their service to a high standard. An easy recommendation and I would happily use them again.

I would 100% recommend Cullens. They are genuinely friendly, helpful, and did a great job and a lower price than any other quotes I had for an end of tenancy clean. I got my full deposit back too. They were flexible with dates and times, which I really needed. Cullens were really helpful when I asked questions about oven cleaning for the future and were so easy to communicate with in general.

Excellent experience from booking through to completion. All the information I needed was given prior to booking. The team that carried out the deep cleaning job were very friendly (important as the job was for my elderly mother) and they did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend.
