Ordered a pair of Samurai Cats and Shark Bait, fit was excellent and super soft!
I accidentally ordered two bras of the same design on a Friday and immediately asked to have one removed before shipping, I sent numerous messages, when I didn’t get a response a week later I asked to cancel the order, they shipped over a week later and sent the extra bra, return portal is closed, nobody answers the phones, I spent $130 and can’t get ahold of anyone no matter how many email sent. Never had such horrible customer service.
Not only is the product selling, but the minds behind the product are what's driving the success of the business. Working with Dylan and Jonathan has been an absolute pleasure. They believe in their product and the sales speak for themselves! Go Culprit!
shipping said 7 days on avg got there in 3! Also their micro modal is so much softer to Meundies, big fan
At my age, gravity has taken more than a few liberties, so imagine my surprise when I slipped into a pair of Culprit Boxer Briefs and felt… uplifted. Not emotionally—though honestly, that too—but physically, structurally, architecturally. These things have more engineering than the Hoover Dam.
The fabric is so soft I had to check twice to make sure I was actually wearing something. In fact, I briefly worried I’d walked outside without pants again, but no—just Culprit doing its job a little too comfortably.
The waistband doesn’t roll, pinch, or try to escape like some of my previous undergarments. It stays put like a loyal dog who knows you’ve got treats in your pocket. And the legs don’t ride up, which is a blessing, because at my age I don’t bend down to fix things unless it’s a life-or-death situation.
The patterns are bold, but one of my favorites is the Solid Heather Gray. Compliments say I look “surprisingly lively,” which is the closest thing to a compliment I’ve gotten since 1998. I’ll take it.
In short:
If you’re an older gentleman who appreciates comfort, support, and the illusion that you’re still somewhat cool, Culprit Boxer Briefs are the best thing to happen to your lower half since elastic was invented.
Some brand needs to save us women. I swear I'm going to start buying men underwear. Are they purposely not selling us durable underwear? I don't mind paying more for quality. These didn't fair well either and got holes and rip easily. But that is okay because I had extra pair, but now I am sad because I literally open one out of the plastic and it already has a hole in it.. What??! is the meaning of this.
Lack of return policy.
My wife enjoyed the female underwear so I thought I would try it.
Not sure on everyone else's preference, but I prefer my underwear to end above my knees. The underwear is so long and loose that I'm surprised any men like them. I tried one pair on, determined the issue, and tried to send the rest back. The company refused to take them back or issue any sort of refund.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order in Feb of last year that was cancelled due to warehouse damage. The culprit team reached out and asked if I wanted a refund or double what I spent in credit (there was a sale going on so doubling the credit was meant to ensure I sort of got to enjoy the discount at any time). I agreed to the credit. Fast forward to me trying to make a purchase from them a few months ago and the credit is nowhere to be found on my account. I replied to the email thread regarding the credit thinking I’d get a quick reply. Nothing. I started a new email thread with their customer support. Nothing. After several more emails, I’m beginning the credit card dispute process. Not only will culprit straight up steal your money, they’ll avoid your emails too. Spend your money elsewhere!!
Good company purchased several times. It looks like they are moving to a new factory and many items are out so stock but I have purchased recently no issues
Their quality control sucks. I bought some a year ago and they fit great. Bought some recently same size different pattern than there is a two ince difference in the waist band and leg. The new pair is way to small. I sized up from what their measurements say on site too because I don't like tight elastic. I saw on better business bureau they responded to a complaint saying the switched manufacturing to overseas. I'm guessing that is when the downfall of quality control happened. I won't be buying from them anymore. If I can't trust something is going to fit consistently when I buy more and I can't return it what is the point? Lots of other 1 start reviews on their website saying same thing about sizing. They won't respond to comments about it on their social media either.
I bought a pair of the ladies boxers for my wife and she seems to like them. Patterns vary, but great designs, and a great company.
Average quality, nothing special. Fit is pretty good. They start getting those little fuzzies after just a couple washing cycles. The worst part is the shipping. My last order took 3 weeks to arrive.
Easily my new favorite underwear. The softest I've ever worn and awesome prints. My wife has been wearing Culprit for a while and got me the membership to try them. I only wish she'd gotten me some sooner. The designs are hilarious and the comfort is ridiculous. 11/10 I won't wear anything else as long as they keep making them!
I have a subscription. Hilarious, beautiful prints. A bit pricey sure but didn't know what I was missing out on until I tried them. Next level comfort. Favorite print is probably the shark one, but their incognito is my go to. Favorite underwear in my drawer.
These are seriously the softest underwear I've ever worn. I've always been a cotton girl, but once you go modal, you'll never go back (and I like that it's more eco-friendly than cotton but still just as breathable!). I bought the Comfy Bra and Booty Shorts in Toasted Marshmallow and the Comfy Bra and Lady Boxers in Cheetah. Glad they noted to size up on the Booty Shorts because I definitely preferred it with the lower rise. The fabric is clearly comfortable enough to lounge in, but feels supportive enough to wear out to the gym or underneath a t-shirt and jeans. Love that it doesn't stretch out and sag over time like cotton can, definitely holds everything up :-) Everything fits true to size (I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, 34DD and wear a medium in the bra and the Lady Boxers) except for the Booty Shorts which I ordered a Large in, per their suggestion. Excited to see what prints come out next and definitely snagging some in black!
Big fan of their quarterly score subscription. I've been a member for almost a year and every time I get my new quarterly sub, I'm excited to see their new prints. They're also incredibly comfortable just like how they claim in their ads.
Been a Culprit subscriber for over a year now and I have ZERO regrets. The comfort is top notch, the patterns run the gamut from oddly hilarious to vibrantly cool. I've been slowly overhauling my underwear collection and it's never looked better. In this whole time I've only had to reach out for an exchange once and their customer service handled me swiftly and with humor, which was refreshing.
Insanely sort! Actually forget I was wearing them. The naughty balloon animal design was my favorite. Bought three pairs. One of the pairs I forgot to follow the wash instructions and dried it on high heat and the fabric started to pull a bit, but still really comfy. The other two I washed and dried correctly and they’ve held up over six months now and 25+ washes. Shipping took about a week. These underwear are seriously life changing. I stopped sweating profusely in my chair at work now.
