This is a great product for helping with average skincare issues, such as acne or aging. It’s super easy to use and I love that it covers the totality of your face ensuring maximum effective as.
Premium LED Face and Neck Mask
I have been using the Premium LED Face and Neck mask for about 3 weeks now and its been great for my 40 year old skin. I have noticed I am a lot brighter in the face and neck. Almost like a glow within. I like that you can see out of it without the light hurting your eyes and that youre not plugged into a wall. The only downside is that its a little heavy and can be a little claustrophobic. Past that the 3 light settings are great! This is a top of the line mask for sure!
Cuma’s red light mask is so convenient !
I’m a red light user (wand type), but hated the time it took to sit and hold the device to my face. Because of this, I didn’t treat my skin as often as I liked.
The Cuma red-light mask was SO convenient and easy! I put it on while I was at home- I could do cleaning, make lunch, etc. The device automatically runs through three short timed light sessions (red, blue, orange); each light does something different to your skin.
I used probably 3x a week in about 2 weeks. I noticed my pores were less pronounced on my nose, and my skin (& fine lines on my forehead) appeared “softer”.

this product is horrible. It totally destroyed my face. It’s like it burnt/stained my skin around my eyes now I have raccoon eyes. have to see a dermatologist.
Can NOT stop the email subscription
My issue is not with the products (I am using one of them) - it is with the inability to disengage from daily or twice daily emails/promotions/reminders. They do not have a "click here to unsubscribe" tab. You are asked to email them. You email them and get no response. You then contact on the online contact site and get no response. After months of getting nowhere - and receiving daily correspondence from them - have now blocked them and we will see how that goes. Reputable businesses who want to serve their customer base don't make it so hard - they simply allow them to stop their email subscription if they want it. Also, don't say "we will get back to you shortly" if you have no capacity or intention to do so. CUMA may not be a dodgy business but this practice makes them seem so.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! To return 5 eye sticks to China is definitely NOT feasible. $19.90 to return & track this very small envelope. USPS said these returns most often don’t arrive at the destination. Returns for REFUND simply have not been worth the time, stress and cost, even though I followed all return requirements. I had no rash but did experience itching as I continued thinking my skin would adapt. I had one tube which was so dried out, I figured it was a resale. If not, they would allow us to send this back to a USA address for verification of return. My original invoice was $94.00, minus $19.90 for tracked shipping of 5-Cuma Eye Sticks to China, and minus other original invoice costs. Maybe Cuma is simply attempting to run out the 90-day refund requirement, which happened a few months ago. Cuma Eye Sticks refund requirements are disgusting, as are the Cuma Eye Sticks! I asked for a more reasonable return, but Cuma doesn’t care. BIG SCAM! I spent a lot of time dealing with proper return requirements. I figured I’d get $10.00 after all the hassle. I was close and now they want to give me $13.12 credit! Cuma is an extremely sore subject with me after months of trying to forget the hassle!!! As I suspected, they’ve run out their time expiration for refunds. As I said, this stuff is horrible and their return / refund is even WORSE!
Return trouble…
I have been trying to get a hold of a PERSON on customer service. I've had emails with someone but I'm pretty sure they are a robot. My questions are going unanswered regarding returns. All I'm given is a loooong email about all the different options.

Be sure to take a picture of your puffy eyes before you start using this product. I have used it, exactly as instructed for 90+ days and have seen no difference in my puffiness. I reached out to ask about their guarantee and I was told it would only be an option if I have a picture of before and after.
If this was mentioned previously, I missed it. So please remember to take a picture. I hope this product can work for you.

False advertising and deceitful business
After asking for application advice I was told that the only way to get a full refund was with date stamped pictures before, after 30 days, after 60 days and after 90 days! I had some more exchanges and have not heard back!
This is my last email to them:
So you are saying that I can get a full refund if I return the product even though I don’t have any pictures? OR are you saying that I can either not return product and get 10% refund OR return product and not follow money back but get 10% back???
So basically you seem to be saying that your money back guarantee no questions asked where there is NO mention of taking pictures, is really FALSE ADVERTISING?
I am shocked…you came across as customer service being a priority, responding to my questions and even suggesting that this may not be the right product for me…a quote from one of your emails:
“If you’re still finding that it feels uncomfortable or causes irritation even with these methods, please stop using it — that’s important. Everyone’s under-eye skin is different, and it may simply not be the right texture for you.”
At no point in our exchanges did you even say - be sure to take pictures should you need to return it!

I would have given minus star
I would have given minus star. These people are fraudsters, their courier company is a fraud. They just showed the status as delivered with fake pictures and I never received the product. Now courier company GOFO, another fraud, say delivered. Cuma says talk to courier, why should I? I paid to Cuma they owe me money. Never ever buy products from them. I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court and will post on all social media.

Still waiting on my order placed almost 2 months ago - they say the delivery was attempted which is impossible as I have a 24-hour doorman, and now has been sent back to sender, but they still won’t issue me a refund. Terrible all around!
I purchased the under eye balm
I purchased the under eye balm, used it for 2 months, twice a day and saw no changes. I notified them for a refund and was instructed to send it to China at my expense. The cost to send back was more expensive than the product itself. They also fail to tell you in their refund policy that you will need pictures of before and after to get your full refund.
I found out when I called for a refund.

I am very disappointed in your product and also your return policy. How do you return product without trying it, because it has to be unopened and unused. You are telling me to say the value of the product is under $5, which is telling a lie when I paid $79.95 for the product. And to make matters worse, the product shows it shipped from Florida, but you expect me to ship it to China.
I will be continuing my voice of discontent until you refund my full amount I paid. It does not work with two different types of concealer because it makes it crease.
