My order was never received

My order was never received . I did get an immediate response once I emailed customer service . I was given a full refund- without out the option of Cuma resending my order. I would appreciate a sample of the under eye cream for puffiness & bags. Thank you.

I see that people are reporting a…

I see that people are reporting a refund. I believe this is not true as I am disputing the return policy process with CUMA. Yes they will allow me to return the package to CHINA @ $64. plus. CUMA will not provide a USA address and have said it's 'on' them however will not allow me to return the product to the Texas address 'just' posted on their website. BUYERS? I wouldn't !

Rip off shipping

Both sticks came in one little envelope. It certainly
should NOT have been $23.00 for shipping. They came in a little envelope. Why charging two different costs for each stick that came to my house together. I was asked to give a good review but that is impossible given the horrible customer service.

I haven't tried the products yet, however, the customer service is excellent!! I double-clicked on the product by mistake on order-review payment page, and they refunded me without any problem. Positive experience with them.

Cuma Balm is a ripoff

Not sure how much these people were paid for their reviews but this product does not work. I waited two weeks to receive it. It has the consistency of chapstick, will not be applied smoothly and actually made my eye bags look worse. It is a scam. Don't waste your money.

A total scam

A total scam. I tried to cancel within 1 hour of ordering. I was told it was already processed and out for shipping which took many weeks. They lied. It must be returned to China at my expense and pay the taxes to China for anything over $5 value. SCAM. It was sent from Jamaica NY. But they won’t let you return it there. SCAM!!!

I never received the product

I never received the product. I contacted the company and they wanted a picture of our mailboxes so they could investigate why I never received the package. I sent that. They promised a reply within 24 hours. 5 days later, no reply. Do not buy this product! I never received it and they have not refunded the money although I have contacted numerous times requesting help.

Scam City

Update to following review. I did hear back from them and they did refund my order.

Ineffective, I did use it for a month not the 90 day guarantee. You have to go through hoops to get a refund which they know people won’t do. They want pictures of your under eye bags before, after 30 then 60 then 90 days then after 90 days, oops the warranty has expired. Who on earth would think to take a photo of themselves before starting the usage. A fool and his money are soon parted.
