I bought this chap stick. Yea, thats correct. That's all it is packaged as cumabalm.
Don't waste your money.
My stick fell out of my tube after the 5th use
If it sounds to good to be true it is.

Bought 3 balms to save money. They are, basically, like chapstick tubes. Two of them are broken. I reached out MANY times in the past 2 weeks and nothing. DO NOT BUY from this company. Zero customer service.

I would choose minus stars if that was an option. Everything is bad about this company and product. Scam - stay away!

I used the CUMA balm product morning and night for over a month and I saw no improvement!!! The product doesn’t move up when you twist it (like a chap stick). It took three weeks to arrive. I have contacted the company twice on their email address and have not heard from them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this crappy product!

My mom had started feeling less confidence because of aging, so I bought the Cuma products for her 3 months ago and she is a different person now. Her confidence is back and her skin looks much better. Thanks guys for an amazing product range

HORRIBLE!!! Don't ever purchase ANYTHING from this company! Not only did they scam me when I purchased 3 units by sending me 7 and charging me for all 7 that I did not order, but on top of that, the product SUCKS! Does NOTHING! They don't respond to emails and their phone number hangs up on you after a couple of rings!

CHINA. They do not offer a return authorization label…. the company expects the customer to pay for the shipping! Shipping costs as much as the product. They do not have a warehouse address in The United States even though the package has a return address from a warehouse in the United States!
It’s a very frustrating and ridiculous way to treat customers.

Idont recommend anyone to buy from them they don’t have credibility with costumers, I have used the product one month I didn’t see any result at all when I email them to return my money they ignored me compeletely and nobody respond my email until now ( more then 3 months) I contacted the team on Facebook they were telling me at the beginning that they will ask for follow up with me after that when I message them to follow my case they seen my message without respond.

Awful. Product is just a chapstick, no colour which means no/ minimal healing cumin. Drags under eye area which is SO bad for it. To return I have to use for 3 months, or pay to return to CHINA! And then they apparently still dont refund. Net reviews are bad, kicking myself for not looking deeper. They are just preying on woman who are desperate to get rid of their undereye bags, shame on you!

This product doesn't work! It does nothing for the puffiness and seems to make my wrinkles worse. If I put on powder it cakes up. Do not waste your money. It says it's from Florida or Texas but it came from CHINA.

I ordered two sticks of CumaBalm. When they arrived, one was defective, resulting in the product not swiveling up, so it's unusable. The other functions normally. I contacted the company and was told that I need to review a video that was attached to the response to see how to operate it. It's the same mechanism as on a tube of lipstick or lip balm, so no explanation needed! The referenced video, however, was not attached. I responded back. After three more e-mails from me, I finally received a response. I can return the product ONLY if it is unopened and unused. Of course it's opened. That's how I know it is defective! Additionally, shipping to return it is on me. Of course the company purports on its site that it is in Florida, but the product is manufactured in, and shipped from, China--and has to be returned to China. There is no record with the BBB of this company, and calls to the phone number given on the site go unanswered, not even by voicemail. On top of all that, there is a warning on the label that, "The safety of this product has not been determined." Ultimate scam, and I bought into it. Hopefully others will read this review and not fall into the same trap. At this point I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company, hoping to get my money back for the defective tube. Lesson learned. NEVER order from a company you're unfamiliar with unless you thoroughly check it out.

I made an order and noticed (before they processed it) that the shipping address is wrong. I tried to email and to call. Nobody has answered.

When I found this product it was around 6/2025, like everything else out there, it sounded too good to be true. I decided to try this product to find out what the hype was all about. Since it came with a refund I knew I could not go wrong. I tried the item for over a month, close to two and I saw no changes at all. I would use it faithfully as instructed, but to my surprise? it never worked. I contacted the company for a refund. They responded with an absurd list of things that needed to be done. If used, not used, just a return. Well I knew I was not getting a refund. On top of that I was responsible for paying for the return, which was not right. In the end, this company is a fraud and anyone who says it works must have been paid off. This product does nothing to correct the appearance of bags, circles, darkness nothing!

I received my order of 3 sticks and found that they were too hard to rub under my eyes and were stretching the skin. I reached out immediately to return the goods. After 10 emails since August 17, they finally responded on September 9 . They said I could return them, but have to pay the freight to China!! Their website lists a Florida address. The cost of shipping to China is more than the cost of goods! They do offer 10% refund if you don't want to spend the money for shipping to China. This is a good deal for them so they don't have to honor their return policy. Furthermore, the address listed on their web site is the same used by a completely other company that sells multiple products on the internet. I would not have made the purchase if I'd known they were coming from China.

From what I had read this product looked good and I thought what have I got to lose as they had a 90 day money back guarantee. I received the product pretty quickly and had a few initial questions so emailed them through of which they were pretty quick to respond to. After a month of using the product I didn’t notice much change so I emailed them again to see how long I should wait before I should expect to see the results … no response .. I followed up a week later with another email asking the same question… no response … I was coming up to my 90 days and felt the product had not worked so I requested a refund under the 90 day guarantee.. radio silence .. I was beginning to think there was a problem on my side with my emails getting through, so I sent another email (without mentioning anything about returning the goods) and I got a response!! When I replied saying I wanted to return the goods, radio silence again!!! So I feel it’s a bit of a scam if you want to return the product!

The company shipping policies specifically say this item ships from within the United States to a US address. Shipping takes 2 to 4 days. This does not come from the United States. It’s a complete lie. This comes from China. I have demanded that the refund my credit card, but they have not replied.

Bought CUMAbalm for under eye bags - should have realised marketing claims were too good to be believed. This is bordering on scam. The product is very hard and does not come off onto skin easily. This means you have to push too hard along delicate under eye area which drags the skin. I only used it for a week, as my skin looked so much worse after using this, I had to stop. Looked into the return policy as they claim money back guarantee. Then you see the small print says you have to do before picture and try it for 3 months, with picture every month. I’m obviously not going to try the product for 3 months, I’d probably look 90 years old by the time that period was up. DO NOT BUY!!!
