This is a SCAM! The Cuma Balm arrived late. It did not provide hydration or help with puffiness. When I asked for refund info it waited until it was over the month since it had been delivered and denied refund (which needed to be send to CHINA!). DO NOT BUY from this Company

CumaBalm ordered 08/20/2025; arrived 09/03/2025. Eager to try it out—washed my face, applied the under-eye balm advertised to drastically reduce—even make disappear—the bags and dark circles under eyes. Another dud. So disappointed—especially for the ridiculous price. I should have checked first the other customer reviews. Lesson learned: Save your money folks. DUD.

I have contacted the company 3 times for my refund. The return package is still sitting in customs since July 12th, as the products come from China. I have asked for a refund and have not been issued one. I would not order from this company since they do not refund if you don’t like it! Plus it cost me almost $20 to return the package and no refund! Don’t buy from them! They do not respond to emails- once they did with shipping info it after that no response!

After three months of ordering the under eye product, I still haven't received my order. Customer service has ignored my emails, the link to track the order is no longer available. Last time I had access the product was still in China. However I am still getting emails to ask how I like the product and renew. Fortunately I did not subscribe so only out $50......

Unlike another reviewer, I do remember photographs showing extraordinary results. This product feels like a creamy chapstick. It does N O T H I N G for under eye bags. Nothing. I’ll request return and let you know what happens.

I received my Cuma order, and upon opening the packaging, found the product was hard, dry, and completely unusable. I could not roll up the balm at all. It was as if the tube was already used, and was at the bottom of the dispenser. When I contacted the company, I was given a response that orders for the product were delayed, as the product was in such demand - not what I had given as a complaint. Obviously, they hadn’t read my request for a replacement. They then offered a 20% refund, rather than a replacement. I agreed, as I could see I was getting no satisfactory response. I never received the refund nor another response. The company is a fraud.

Predatory upselling techniques.
It's been 6 weeks and no products have arrived.
Their tracking shows "in transit" for over a month.
Stole $242.56 from me.

I ordered it on 24th June 2025, it is now 8th August and still haven't received it.
I have sent numerous emails to them, but no reply.

I have asked for a refund.

An Instagram scam that I fell for-shame on me. This is just an expensive glorified chapstick. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I could give zero. Total scam artists. and Liars. Been almost 40 days and still haven't received. ASked for a refund and they either ignored me or tried to gaslight me asking me to provide the same details I have now provided over and over and over. Lied and said it was coming from europe but tracking clearly shows it coming from China. STILL waiting to be refunded.

It is exactly like a lip balm, possibly scented with lemon or citronella. Used it for a couple of weeks, didn't do anything, doesn't go on nicely, pulled my delicate under eye when applying. I think this is a scam

TOTAL SCAM!! Product does not work! Used it for 3 weeks straight with absolutely no change. The money back guarantee!? You will have to ship it to CHINA at your own expense and I can almost guarantee you will never see your refund!! The address on the website says FLORIDA! NOPE! CHINA!!

I fell for it. No good at all. Waste of money. Shows address in FL but it came from overseas. I can’t get my money back but I hope this keeps someone else from losing their money. Never again.

I bought 5 sticks of CumaBalm & after using it one month saw no difference. I contacted the company about returning the 4 unopened products since they offered a money back guarantee. They wanted me to return it to CHINA at my expense! This is not an American company. I should have realized this since it took forever to get the products after ordering. Don’t waste your money!

Then they sent another email asking for more photos. It would appear that their customer service is not to believed. After sending more photos and telling I would write reviews if a refund not received apparently they are happy to ignore customers mer complaints Canberra Australia

The product does NOTHING! I had high hopes but except for it being easy to apply, it doesn’t do anything for what it is advertised for. Don’t waste your money unless you want something nice under your foundation.

I did not see any results and when I tried to return they've told me that they will only take unused items back, even though the Instagram said to try it and return it if it didn't work. In their fine print they said that we had to have before and after 30 days pic. Shame on me for not reading the fingerprint, but this is ridiculous. Oh yeah, and they want me to ship the "unused product" back to china.... This company is HORRIBLE.
