The service was great! ordered on news years eve and it was delivered the next day. They were very flexible and the cupcakes were so good!

Pleased with the effort made to deliver my cakes on the same day and the communication from the seller (although i would change the order process online, with more suitable time limits for orders after 4/5pm if drivers are unavailable after certain times).
What i am displeased with is the simple fact the cakes were undercooked and smelled badly of egg. The presentation was good and the boxes/packaging was great but i didnt eat the cakes so it was a waste of money. Not to mention the banana and choc flavour was not in stock but i had already paid for and ordered that flavour.
Overall i do not think i would re order as i have tasted much better and couldnt trust they would be baked any different.

Fantastic menu, attentive staff and a great overall experience. My favorites are the Red Velvet and Double Chocolate cup cakes. Ordering was convenient and reliable. Highly recommended.

I ordered cupcakes and a balloon for my sister’s birthday and she loved them! Initially it wouldn’t let me order online for same day delivery but I gave them a call and they were really helpful and sorted a slot for me straight away. I would definitely recommend if you want to make someone’s day with some sweet treats 😁

I live in Cape Town and wanted my London-based daughter to have something special ON her actual birthday because we can’t be with her to spoil her on the day. @Londoncupcakes delivered to her door on her birthday morning just as they said they would. She was thrilled and sent a photo of her and her friends enjoying a Birthday afternoon tea in the park. I am so grateful guys. I wanted so much to make her day special and you deliciously did! Found them on a random internet search. Ordered cupcakes and a milkshake to be delivered to surprise a friend for her birthday. Delivery was smooth. Friend loved the products. Very pleased with the service and will return!

Everyting was perfect from the cupcakes the the service provided. Especially during the whole pandemic, they tried really hard and have one super happy customer. Response was quick, action immidiate aaaaannnnd, the cupcakes were amazing!

I ordered some celebratory cupcakes at very short notice and they were delivered within a few hours and tasted amazing! Tim was very helpful and the delicious cakes arrived within the time slot he gave me - would definetley recommend!

We ordered from T Cupcakes ahead of my daughter's 4th birthday celebrations and we found Tim to be extremely polite courteous and warm. He delivered a great variety of red velvet, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes which we and our guests all enjoyed in the park. The service was brilliant, the quality was great and it was a great addition to our daughter's special day. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE these cakes. They’re top quality and great value for money. The service is fantastic too, especially during Covid. I highly recommend.
