Very unhelpful on chat when you have a problem bud is nice but the service is slow if you have to change bud is a nightmare overall not happy with the way you ordered or there flexibility

The customer service really is great. Stephanie helped me through their chat system. It was quick and the conversation progressed at a good pace. Perfect.

My husband had a substandard prescription from Curaleaf when he rang to complain and ask for replacement the customer service was terrible. So he had to make an appointment so get another prescription( and pay again) which was 10 days later so he was left without any pain relief for over 2 weeks but Curaleaf were not concerned at all about this. Could not speak to a manager. He decided not to pay for anymore prescriptions from Curaleaf as there is no responsibility from them for a poor quality product. When the investigation into the poor quality product came back they said it was OK, how can they do a through investigation from a photo!!
I know the response from Curaleaf will be " we cannot find you as a customer " this is always their reply when they get a bad review.

Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable.

It's a life saver, my ailments of degenerative arthritis, osteoarthritis ease dramatically when on this medication, it's clean, unlike street stuff you really do not know what they are putting in it, this is tested to the "Highest" level, no pun intended, thank you for being here and supplying this service.

I dealt with a man called jake what a credit to the company he went above and beyond to help me start a claim for medical cannabis.

Good advice by professional staff and friendly so feel comfortable contacting them and the products themselves are brilliant.

I have been a patient for almost 3 years, I receive great support from the staff at the clinic. I had an issue today with my prescription quantity as the Easter holidays are coming up, I spoke to a really helpful lady called Amber who resolved my query very quickly and followed this up with 2 emails keeping me updated of what was happening. Karley was great help once the issue was identified or so I was told . They don’t care and pass the buck blaming each other. They don’t care if you have been without medication so long as they get your money. Alteraleaf is far better, cheap, show when about to run out . Stop right now and give them a call
