I bought a board back in November and NEVER got my snowboard it was delivered to the wrong address and even when i filled out the correct paperwork and submitted the evidence that the place the picture was taken curated did nothing to fix the issue. So im basicly out 500$ because the company doesn't require signautes for expensive items. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Scammers
Within five minutes of signing up with them, I received a spam phone call that "Spectrum had applied a 50% discount on my monthly bill". I have never used Spectrum and do not think this was a coincidence - I suspect Curated sells info to scammers.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I ordered a pair of ski pants from them. I received an email stating they were still working on shipping and then I checked the order and it said it was delivered yesterday. I did not receive the pants and the company won’t respond to any of my inquiries for several days. They spam you to death to buy stuff but unable to reach if you need help. Stay away from this company. Won’t be shopping there again and you shouldn’t either.
Be careful of poor customer service results
I purchased a complete set of Cleveland irons almost a month ago.
After 4 rounds I found I was losing two club lengths in distance with each iron and for a senior golfer that is crucial yardage lost.
I contacted "my expert" Ari about the problem and a solution. He suggested I take to a golf shop that would strengthen the lofts. Good idea but there were none that would do such work on this iron/hybrid type club. I asked him if we could send back to the manufacturer ; Cleveland Golf for such. He said they would not perform such work except on new clubs.
This is ridiculous and made no sense, because they (Cleveland Golf) manufacture and even customize orders, to include loft changes when originally purchasing these irons so why not make requested changes to assist prior customers even when the customer offered to pay for service.
With no successful support received from Curated I finally decided to sell on a trade in golf club site at a loss of $400+.
BTW..My original request for a refund was denied although I had requested such within the first two week period.
I am so disappointed in the lack of support.

I ordered skis and bindings for my daughter on 12/2/23 and received confirmation with expected delivery date of 12/7/23. By 12/9/23, I hadn’t received shipping confirmation and requested help. I was assured it was escalated and I would hear back on Monday. Monday early evening I finally got through to a person on my 8th call and was advised that they had asked the warehouse what was going on but hadn’t heard back. I received a message today, 12/12/23 at 11:45 am that my daughters skis were no longer available and they were refunding my money. However, when I asked them to cancel the bindings as well (directly replied at same time to their message), they refused and said they were already sent. I haven’t received shipping confirmation though. They did give me a prepaid label so that when the bindings that were ordered with skis that were not sent, arrive, I can then go wait in line to ship them back and when they receive them I will then be issued a refund. I’d recommend avoiding this company unless you want extra work and headache with nothing to show for it.

Curated.com is my go to for golf clubs and accessories. They have the best prices and if they don’t, the will price match. Bobby is my expert. He is very knowledgeable of the golf game and equipment. He asks all the right questions to help you find the clubs and accessories you need. I have purchased a driver, irons and shoes from curated and have been more than happy with my purchases and advice from Bobby. He does not push any certain brand on you.

Apathetic and Proud
As someone who works as a recruitment supervisor in my company, I have had the opportunity to conduct countless interviews and have been interviewed myself as well. However, I had never encountered unprofessionalism until I interacted with the recruitment personnel of a company in the Philippines. I noticed that they lack a systematic approach to scoring their applicants, which is negatively impacting their recruitment process. Moreover, I have provided constructive feedback to their CEO through various channels, but I have not received any response from them.
They Won’t Quit Pestering.
Doesn’t matter how many times you try to unsubscribe they keep emailing and emailing relentlessly. Their site even says you’ve unsubscribed but keeps emailing anyway.
Considering Curated? Just don't.
To improve service, Curated must listen to the needs of each individual customer.
If the customer is always right, Curated isn't listening. Curated's stance on returns is a one-size-fits-all approach which is antiquated and makes the company irrelevant. It is clearly not always possible to know with certainty if a product ordered will meet personal specifications and approval within 30 days. In our case, we ordered a product that we *thought* would work but could not verify that within 30 days. The product is new and unused, but Curated refuses to initiate a return on our behalf.
It's a useless and unnecessary service. All the information one needs about any product they are considering purchasing can be found at company websites.

I found the expert portion of the website/company intriguing, and in some ways helpful. I did find however that the expert responded with cookie cutter answers at times that seemed scripted and just encouraging me to buy. I will say I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive thing that they offered, and they were generally respectful of my budget. Where it all went down hill was when I received the items I ordered. I purchased several individual golf clubs as well as a set of irons (totaling $2k), and the order I received was missing the irons. I immediately reached out to customer support. While messaging with support, it took almost 4 hours before they informed me that they would be escalating my issue. Which then turned into a 1-2 day investigation before they would even begin to process a new delivery. I informed them that I felt this policy was backwards and that they should send me the clubs I had ordered ASAP while performing their investigation, to which they denied my request. I then asked them to please process and deliver the clubs as quickly as possible since this was an error on their side and not mine, and the investigation and follow up processing was being performed at my time and expense instead of theirs. They once again denied my request. I was quite irritated since it felt like they had made a mistake, but instead of rectifying the situation as quickly as possible, they were instead making me wait as they sorted out their internal issues. In my professional experience this is completely wrong. As a distributor, your priority should be making the client whole as quickly as possible when an order is mismanaged. I think an investigation is fine, but making the client wait is totally unacceptable. As of this review I have yet to receive my iron set, and the website says they are still processing my order. I will definitely never spend another dollar on this website, and will definitely be sure to bring up my frustrating experience to all my friends and family. I would highly recommend staying clear and going to a local store who also have knowledgeable employees or order directly from the manufacturer's website, or Amazon.

Ordered golf clubs and at no point when dealing with an 'expert' was I informed the expected delivery date would be longer than 5 weeks from order.
Even worse, as the date got closer it continued to move out. I was offered a $10 credit which was baffling.
Please go to your local pro shop.
