I do not recommend using Curated.com. I purchased an item under the impression that it would arrive in less than a week. I was then notified that the item was out of stock and I would not receive my purchase for another 2 months. I’ve requested they cancel my order and have been told they can’t refund my money until it’s canceled from their purveyor. Meaning, they ordered it from someone else and gave them my money. By the wait time and difficulty of the refund ( several days later) I’m assuming this may have been ordered from China and may have been a knockoff or something. Who does business like this? Are they withholding my money along with other people’s to invest it for a few days, make money and then return it? I’ve called my bank to dispute the charges.
Do not deal with this company. What a strange headache and an absolute fiasco.

My experience at Curated was a customer friendly one. Ryan helped me with buying a new putter. He offered advice along the way but never tried to pressure me into something I didn’t want or need. I applied to be an expert on their platform. My responses were correct but I didn't get the job because I wasn't a right fit. This is harmless. So took on the chin.
However, I have now been been signed onto the platform. Cannot delete my profile as I needed one to apply for a job. And I am now being marketed products I have no intention of buying. This led me to conclude there are no job opportunities. However, they are trying to increase the number of customers on their books to demonstrate growth of their business.
This is potentially a fraudulent way if this practice is the standard of all their business leads for a potential investor.

Horrible service and not fulfilling their promises due to out of date info
Website not up to date with current model. Bought an item that had a specific spec I wanted - ski poles with cork grips -that came with a different layout. Was promised a refund of the grips if I could replace the necessary parts to make the grips as I needed. All I needed was to send a receipt of the replacements. I do so which cost me what the poles did and now I get told they will only refund 10%... not even $4 whole dollars....this whole bs has now cost me twice what I paid because they promised to reimburse me multiple times during multiple messages and now a 10% is all they will do. Will not use them again, will never recommend them. Go elsewhere - like a reputable shop locally, or if you're like me and don't have one local, spend the extra and travel to a shop where you can speak to folks in person...this place backpedals on their promises. Secondly, they had available a specific ski I wanted. I purchased said ski then get a message a few days later supposedly when they were going to ship them that they didn't have it in stock and I had to make another selection. Should have known there this was not going to be a good experience. I'm not one for slamming companies. I manage a business myself....but this has been a horrible experience. The only good part was working with Eric to find what I needed and finding we had some things common as he grew up not far from me.

Review website that does not even see the difference between models. They post reviews of older models, but name them as if they are the newest models. My specific example is a dalbello krypton ski boot. Would never trust anyone writing a review of one product and posting a picture of the product they reviewed, which is obviously different than the product they claimed to review.
Horrible service- terrible product
Horrible service, terrible product. Ordered two “Marriott Brand” pillows and they were super disappointing. Very flat and uncomfortable. No return shipping label so it cost $80 to return them. Total scam! Buyer beware!
They insist they have all 5-star ratings
They say they have 100% 5-star reviews. I call nonsense. I went there to look at espresso machines… NO PRODUCT REVIEWS! Do people spend over $1,000 dollars when there are no reviews?!?. They say. “Talk to an expert” only you don’t talk to an expert… EVERRRRR. You chat with a bot and can’t write in anything unique, you have to choose from preselected options that mean nothing when you’re looking for reviews and there’s no option for that. I look for real contact info…. Nothing! It has a very scam vibe to it. And I couldn’t leave a review on the site, so how did all of those 5-star reviews happen? Hmmmm
