The medication was delivered to the…
The medication was delivered to the wrong address and left in direct sunlight for an extended period. Due to concerns that it had been exposed to excessive heat, I did not feel it was safe to use and therefore disposed of it.
I contacted customer services, who advised that the medication would still be suitable for use. However, given the circumstances and the uncertainty regarding its storage conditions, I was not comfortable using it. As a result, I lost both the medication and the money I paid for it.

Great service
The service is great, just ring and talk to someone if you have any questions.
The delivery is ok, i live in Northern Ireland and it does take an extra bit of time to get over here which is fine as they have took all precautions to keep my medication cold due to the warm weather.
Ordering is easy and straight forward.
