I was shocked when I received the children’s jigsaw puzzle from Curious Universe as it was clearly a health hazard with mould fungus in the box and smelled terribly musty, I would NEVER buy from this company again‼️

An awful waste of money. I wouldn’t give it any stars.
Very enticing box but failed on the contents and performance.absolutely disappointing.

Bought their Nano Tape Magic kit in the Netherlands. Many of the crafts use blue slime, but it's not provided. The tape is not the same as in the videos. It's impossible to cut cleanly as the person in the video does. It sticks everywhere, deforms easily and ends up looking shoddy. The instructions are unclear and missing steps, the translations are bad. What should have been a wholesome experience for a kid ended up very frustrating.

I’d love to know how your ‘indulgent bath bomb kit’ can justifiably say ‘includes everything you need to make 3 shower bombs and 5 bath bombs’ on the front of the box when half the required ingredients in the booklet are not supplied! Totally misleading when the caveat about needing to supply some ingredients yourself is in tiny print in the ‘safety instructions’ section rather than the ‘package contents’ section - clearly this has been done intentionally so people don’t spot it.

Totally misleading and shady tactics from Curious Universe. Do better.

I ordered lots of things - 2 of which were musical puzzles for my toddlers. When they arrived the music element was faulty. I contacted CU by email - they ignored me. I phoned them - and spoke to a young woman - G - who sent me voucher codes to re-order. The codes didn't work and one of the puzzles was out of stock. I emailed again and asked for a refund, offering to send the puzzles back. Six working days later and still no response, so I phoned again. The "refund department" were not in! Still no refund. Appalling customer service. They should have immediately sent out replacements or refunded me on the day I first contacted them. I will never purchase from this company again.

Be very careful when buying a puzzle supplied by this company. I bought a new Vintage World Map 1500 piece puzzle, which I was unable to complete due to 2 pieces missing. Apparently, reading the reviews, this is not the first time puzzles have been sold with pieces missing. I contacted Curious Universe asking them to supply the pieces as I wanted to mount and frame the puzzle. I was told they couldn't replace individual pieces but would allow me a £10.00 voucher to spend on their website.
What a complete waste of my time.

Bought an item but there wasn’t enough beads to do the pattern, which they were very helpful when I asked them to help. They gave me a voucher to use on their website, the item arrived very quickly however I couldn’t finish the crystal art as there wasn’t a colour in the tray to do a specific part of the picture.

2 out of 2 items unable to complete item due to not enough accessories or not correct accessories

Excellent customer service. My parcel went to the wrong address - a mistake made by APC couriers. CU immediately refunded me the cost of my items and sent out another parcel which I received 2 days later. Happy customer. Why can't all companies be as good?
