I have to say I am impressed with this couch, this is the perfect playroom/guest couch. I have a relative coming for thanksgiving, and didnt want to spend upwards of 3k on a couch for Kids playroom. At the same time I didnt want to get a crappy futon for there either. This was a match made in heaven, when I saw it I liked it, when my wife saw it her eye lite up. Not Cheap and not outrageous, just right thank you cushie!!!

Easy to order and quick to arrive. I have been looking for something to put in my office for an extra guest to sleep on that is comfortable and attractive. This is it!

The couch has a nice aesthetic but not worth the price in my opinion. Fairly comfortable for sleeping, not as comfortable for sitting. Website indicates shipping is the next business day but it took approximately 1 week to ship and a lot of follow up with customer service who did not acknowledge their shipping delay. I use the couch in my office and it works well there.

This was our first order with Cushie. Our couches were delivered about a week after we ordered them. They will be used in the playroom at our vacation home. I’m impressed with the ease of turning the couches into beds.

Okay it's not perfect, but it is really good! Here's what I liked: moderately comfy as a couch, I like that it's super super easy to open into a bed. The bed is fairly comfortable to lay on, I have not slept on it yet. We use the backrest up against a wall, which works great. I can't say how it would be not up against the wall, but there is some good weight to it, so I bet it would be okay, even if not great. The height of the seat is okay, I wish it was a few inches higher. It was super easy to put together, so that's great. I wish there was a way to get the armrests to stay in place a little better, that said, I do understand why they're detachable so that it can open into a bed. Setup was very easy. It is a little bit on the expensive side, but I would be willing to buy again.

Ordering was super easy. Communication after my order was great and I received my sleeper chair exactly when they said I would. Overall great experience and I love the product.

The sofa/bed appears to be well made. The fabric is thick. It's easy to assemble from 3 boxes of parts and easy to make into the bed. So far, I have only napped on it, but it was comfortable for that duration. Best part is the Queen bed takes up so little space.

The Cushie we got is so cushy and cozy. Its perfect for our attic playroom and for hosting the odd houseguest in sleeper mode.

Fabric is bright and high quality. Very easy to unpack and assemble.

Our Cushie came perfectly packaged which made it easy to get into a room that is difficult to get furniture into. It assembled so easily and is super comfortable.

Cushie was so quick with delivering my couch, and splitting it up into different boxes made assembling so easy. This couch is amazing and I am so happy with the color and the quality! All my guests will be so happy sleeping on it :)

Our experience was fine. No issues. We ordered the sleeper chair and received it in about a week in three boxes. The set up was super easy.

The quality is excelent, extra comfort and good looking material. The customer service was polite but still had to wait for 2 months until my order arrived.

I've had my sofa sleeper for several months now. Its used daily as a sofa and a few times a year as a sofa sleeper for guests. The sofa is 'okay' for comfort, but the sleeper bed is comfy. Putting the sofa parts together was the easy part. The slip covers and zippers are the problem. I decided to wash the slip cover today since we've been sitting on it daily for the last several months. I washed it in cold and fluffed dried for an hour, so no issues with shrinkage. But when it was time to put the slip cover back on and attach the back cushion to the bottom cushion, I realized that I made a big mistake. It took me 1.5 hours to get everything on and zipped up correctly. The zippers are not just sitting there waiting for the other side, like the AI generated 'how to' video shows. You have to do acrobats with your hands, legs and head to balance everything, and be a rubik's cube master, to zip it and put it back together. A few things I wish I would have known before purchasing this: Technically its washable, but definitely not convenient. You can't purchase replacement slip covers. You need pretty large extra storage space for the mattress topper because the sofa wont close with the mattress topper on it, and it can't be folded. The sofa is too hard to lay down on, so not a great nap or movie sofa. The depth of the seat is much shorter than what is advertised because the back is so thick. I gave it 2 stars because the sleeper bed is comfy, but had to knock off 3 stars for the things I wish I knew before I spent $1500.

I love my Cushie. The experience was great with very responsive customer service. Delivery was in several boxes and easy to carry and assemble. The sofa looks great, is comfortable, and so easy to change into a bed! Very affordable price.

I appreciate the design, aesthetic, and functionality of the sleeper sofa. Materials seem high quality, and the cover seems robust, and the way the sofa pads are connected to form the mattress is clever. It’s comfortable and the arm rests are wide and flat. I like that there’s no sharp corners and it’s soft all over because I have a little one that likes to jump around.

Company is very responsive. I wanted a color that was out of stock and they made it happen. Sofa looks great!

It’s refreshing when a product shows up and it’s exactly as advertised. Easy to put together, well made, and if you follow directions and wait the full 72 hours for the cushions to expand - it’s so comfortable! I am happy I had an extra comforter bag in the house to store the mattress topper than comes with it. It’s a great couch/bed for our flex room. Very happy with our purchase!

The shipment was delayed quite a while with no communication. I had to constantly follow up to get info on the latest status. But the couch itself is very comfortable and seems like a good value.

The product is great! Shipping was a longer experience than we had expected. It took about 3 months after ordering to finally receive our product. We reached out to support and they were really responsive which we appreciated. We just wish it was here faster so we could’ve used it when we had guests over.
