Ordering was very simple, each item was described perfectly. Shipping was within one week, which I thought was great for all I ordered. Packaging was perfect and each piece was printed on each box so we knew what we were working with each time we opened a box. Pricing was reasonable for such versatile furniture.

The couch we received was perfect for our playroom. It is the right size and just right for our grandkids. It came quickly and was easy to assemble. We love that we can now have our grandkids stay over!

Just received the Cushie 2-Seater Modular Sleeper Sofa - King 80" / Ash. Very easy carry up a tight set of stairs and put together. So comfortable, both to sit on and sleep on. We were worried the backrest would not be supportive, but it is!
Love the material and color. Would buy again.

Ordering was easy and pricing seems fair. But shipping delays were a problem. It would be helpful if told at time of ordering it would be 2 to 3 weeks for shipping instead the advertised 2 to 6 business days. There is no customer service telephone number so the only way to contact is thru email. I received my item in 3 weeks. I was pleased with the chair bed.

The couch is comfortable and the company is very responsive. However, I wish there was a place to store the cushion within the couch. It takes up a lot of space in our little closet!

I live in a 4th-floor walkup, so the modular design was a big selling point—I needed something I could carry up and assemble myself. The couch arrived in separate boxes, which made things easier, though I still needed a friend to help with the longer, heavier pieces. I probably could’ve done it alone, but it would’ve involved dragging things up the stairs.
Assembly was straightforward, and the couch looks really nice. The seat cushion does sag a bit after sitting for a while and needs to be pushed back into place now and then—likely due to the design.
The pull-out function is a great bonus and very easy to use. I also appreciated that it came with a mattress topper. I haven’t slept on it yet, but lying down on it felt surprisingly comfortable.
Overall, a solid purchase if you're looking for a basic, modular couch that fits smaller spaces and tricky walkups.

We’re very happy with the product overall, but the order fulfillment process was a bit frustrating. Our delivery was significantly delayed—about 3–4 weeks total—due to a backlog from the Memorial Day sale, and the items arrived in multiple shipments over time.

That said, customer service was excellent: quick to respond, professional, and genuinely helpful, which really helped turn our initial disappointment around.

As for the sofa itself—it’s just what we were looking for. The olive green color is gorgeous in person, and the sleeper is surprisingly comfortable thanks to the included mattress topper. It’s on the firmer side, but not too hard. We originally got it for our guest room, but we’ve actually been sleeping on it every night since moving into our new home. Highly recommend the product—just be prepared for possible shipping delays during peak sale times.

Company is very communicative if you have any questions. My husband and I put it together this morning and didn’t really have any troubles with it. It was fairly easy. We needed a sleep sofa that was either lightweight or could be taken apart at the end of the season to move and this fits the bill. Seating is wide and comfy and the color (olive) is just what I hoped.

The Cushie was incredibly easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Our grandkids slept on it for 5 nights in our pool house and loved it.

Delivery was on time. The couch meets expectations. Easy assembly, quality materials. The ability to wash the cover is awesome with a bunch of cats and dogs in the house. The cushion is firm but comfortable.

The delivery was fast and easy. We put it together in 5 minutes and have been using it everyday since. The color is exactly as advertised and we're very happy to have it in our house! Well worth the money.

No other couch would fit in my parents' basement without having to do something major. The couch fit beautifully, looks beautiful, and is easy for my parents to set up. Thank you so much for a great product!

Unboxing this thing, I was skeptical. Weird parts, couldn’t find the cover (because I didn’t read the directions :) - but then it came together! It’s a sleek, classic design, firm but comfy, and incredibly easy to assemble and convert. I got this couch for an office where I figured id sit occasionally and fold out for the occasional guest - needless to say I find a reason to sit on it daily. Would def buy again!

Would order a second based on ease of ordering alone. The setup was as easy as the ads showed, too.

I ordered a cushie sleeper sofa in October 2024. Not only did it arrive late but it was missing an essential cover component. After giving me several weeks of runaround trying to convince me that they had in fact set a cover I finally convinced them that they had not sent it to me. So they said they would send me a new cover. It never arrived. I am still trying to get the cover out of them but now they want to send a whole new sofa, which would be fine, but… they gave me 48 hours notice that they were going to come pick up on Wednesday between noon and 4 pm. Well I work full time, and I don’t have anyone to be home for them, so of course Wednesday came and went. Also, I am not going to give them the sofa that I paid for until they deliver a new sofa with all the parts. This is six months into this. I just can’t even believe how shitty the service has been.
