Eight days from nothing to completion. The lads never stopped—even in the ridiculous heat. With a job this big, you’re always a bit apprehensive. Will it meet your expectations? Will it be finished on time?

The answer was yes on all fronts.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. Hassle-free, no stress—and now I’ve got the room I always wanted.

We would like to express our thanks to all the Custom Garden Rooms - North East team. You really do have an efficient and sleek set up. Providing your clients with a fantastic addition to their home in record time, whilst not compromising on quality and workmanship. Nothing is ever too much trouble prior to the build and whilst on site. All are incredibly polite and respectful and a fantastic hardworking team.

The communication, patience and knowledge of each and every one of the team is second to none and all are a credit to the company as a whole.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

A friend had used Custom Garden Rooms NE so I was able to see the fantastic quality of the work even before I was invited down to their showroom to see more examples.
Phil talked me through the possibilities of what could be achieved without the need for planning permission and the response to any query was quick. The challenge of how to get their equipment into the build area was well thought through.
I was kept informed of start dates and the lads on site worked hard to bring the build in on time.
I love my garden room and look forward to spending countless hours in there.

We were kept informed at all points of the build and communication with Anna was excellent.
The lads completed the project within 2 weeks and the final garden room looks great.
I like the fact that all aspects of the project are included in the agreed price - electrics, plastering, flooring etc. All elements of the job were done by professionals in that particular field.

Engaged Custom Garden Rooms to build a garden room in a tight space. The communication prior and throughout was fantastic. The build quality cannot be faulted and the team on site were great. They were professional, friendly and again, kept us in the loop as work progressed. They were also incredibly tidy throughout the build, ensuring the site was kept relatively tidy at the end of each day.

We had a few quotes before we decided to go with Custom Garden Rooms North East. Nothing was any trouble, I changed the design around 4 times before getting it right and they were patient waiting for me.

When they finally started late September/early October, we had a couple of good days weather, the rest was awful, but they turned up every day without fail and grafted, I couldn’t believe they got it all done in only 9 days, Wow!

Their basic package includes everything for a build to be done, we chose our own laminate flooring which they fitted for us with no questions.

We then took our time after completion in deciding what we wanted to do with the garden area around it, we just recently had that completed by a local family business ‘MB Driveways’, this has finished the garden room off amazingly well.

We are so over the moon with our extra space and will have many great times and memories in it.

We are very happy with our new garden room. The service we received from our initial showroom visit, and quotation, to the completion of the build was first class. The onsite team were outstanding and finished the job to the highest standards possible.

It was an amazing experience working with the team to bring my garden office project to life. The professionalism, communication and overall quality of the delivery by everyone involved really exceeded my expectation.

Possibly the best trades company I have ever dealt with. Anna are the team are outstanding at managing expectations and the team onsite were top class. The finished product has exceeded all expectations but the professionalism of the company was surprisingly good.

Our finished room is done to a very high standard and was completed efficiently and within the timescales we had asked due to other building works scheduled at our house, for which we are very grateful. The team at CGR are fantastic. The communication from Anna is brilliant, the explanation of the process and keeping us informed was flawless. The showroom is a must visit for those wanting to get an idea of the quality beforehand. The team were all done within 2 weeks, even from laying the concrete foundations and waiting for them to set. The lads on the job were really good lads too, happy to answer questions and kept us updated on what they were doing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Custom garden rooms carried out a brilliant job and everything went smoothly from visiting the show room to completion. The room was scheduled to start whilst we were on holiday, this wasn't a problem the team turned up and the room was completed within 8 days. I can’t recommend Custom Garden Rooms enough, genuinely don’t even bother looking elsewhere for your project. The planning and design phase was seamless, we changed our mind a good few times before settling on what we wanted. There was no fuss regards this at all and really helpful advice. The build itself started on schedule and the speed and quality of the build was amazing. All finished with a large room in 7 days. The lads were all really helpful throughout and got on with no fuss. The end product is brilliant, and we can’t wait to get using it. Highly highly recommended

Custom garden rooms north east were brilliant. They kept us well informed from the very start. Arrived on time, were very professional and built the garden office in less time than expected, just over a week. There were minimal disruption I was working from home the whole time. The build quality is excellent it was completed just before our latest winter storm and I was slightly concerned about storm damage but there was no issues what so ever. Really solid construction that didn’t budge.

We are delighted with our new garden room. The service we received from Phil and his team has been first class. A professional company who are efficient and thorough in their work.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great price, great process and great product.

The lads were all dead canny, we hardly knew they were there. Whole job done in under two weeks. And I did A LOT of research beforehand on price etc, these guys were the best value by far. Anna in the office was there to answer any questions we had in the lead up etc. Brilliant.
