The customer service and care from the company was fantastic throughout. From the initial site meeting with Phil, it was clear that this was a professional operation who took pride in their work and in providing a great service for a very fair price. Anna was great to work with, efficient and professional in every way. When the build was being done, everyone was prompt, hardworking and courteous.
The finished result is so far excellent and we have had no issues to date.

Great service from start to finish. The design was straightforward with all costs explained clearly. The work was delayed due to weather and difficult garden conditions. Kept fully up to date with the delay. Can't fault the service or workmen at all.

Custom Garden rooms probably the best company you can use , very professional, very high standard of work All the work lads were great lads, I had bad access to the rear of my garden no problem for these lads , worked in the rain , worked none stop from start to finish, always on time , highly recommend, I wish I had a bigger garden would have another one built , mine was build in 5 days from start to finish

Thank you to the whole team for our fantastic new garden room. From the start to the finish in under ten days, working in terrible conditions, they completed our 5m X 4m room. Everything was so organised, Emails from Anna to the lads at our home, we didn't have to do a thing. All complete, insulated, plastered, electrics, flooring, lights all crafted and installed to a very high standard. We are very happy and highly recommend them to all. Thank you again.

Custom Gardens Rooms North East have just finished installing my garden room. From start to completion the whole process has been stress free. Communication has been great from Anna and the team on site. The team were very efficient, professional and extremely hardworking, even with the rain and muddy conditions! The finished result is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Looked at a number of firms but needed an electrical cable installing over an entrance road... most companies said they couldn't do as part of the job! Custom garden rooms not phased at all. The team were helpful from the start with advice, keeping costs down, and patient while we got planning permission. Work started as agreed and the onsite guys were friendly, reliable and hard working. Cleaned up on a daily basis. When a delivery firm damaged panels, quickly got a reorder sorted. Electrics (including the cable) are just right and done with minimal disruption. Overall, very happy to recommend them. A couple of minor miscommunications about where to view flooring choices during the planning phase.. no biggy! Post completion a couple of snags re sealant around window frames..they were out next day to sort and all good 6 months down the line. Would happily recommend the team.

This is a very professional company who delivered our new garden room on time and to the highest quality.
From the first conversation with Phil and later with Anna we were kept informed at every stage of the build. All the men were friendly, polite and very efficient. I can't fault any of them in any way and I would recommend the company with no hesitation.

This company came recommended to us and we spoke with Phil who was friendly and welcoming, after we decide what we wanted, we then dealt with Anna who was great and so easy to deal with, the process was seamless. The installation team, was where the process really stepped up a gear, they were amazing prompt, polite, professional and did an amazing job, I didn't get everyones names but Neil and the team were amazing. Great bunch of lads and absolutely fantastic at what they do. Couldn't be happier with my garden room and would certainly recommend them. Absolutely over the moon with our garden room. The build was seamless and done in less than the two weeks quoted. The builders etc were all extremely professional. I had a few snagging-type queries and the team responded immediately and came out same day to resolve. We love using our garden room as a gym. Could not be happier.

Fantastic job. The build team were friendly and professional, answering all my questions during the building process patiently. To align with my existing slanted decking, they didn’t mind to do more works to make it parallel to my house.
Communication was excellent. Anna gave a prompt response to all my emails and listed down the details accurately even though I kept changing it.

We had been planning to install a garden room for a long time, I researched doing this alone which would have included many different companies for the build, installation, electric etc. I saw an advert for Custom Garden Rooms and fired off a message and I had a quick response.

We had an initial site visit and Phil was great, basically told us the area we were going to build on was workable and we could have whatever we wanted but suggested a visit to their showroom.

After our visit we made a decision to get some plans drawn up. Once everything was agreed in no time we had a date for the work to start.

They started on time and worked from 8 am every day. It was amazing to see the garden room transform into an elegant, smart, practical room that can be used all year round.

Recently we had our patio area modernised and now our garden is a perfect area for quiet relaxing and entertaining,

still awaiting electrical certificate after several months to get signed off by the building inspector , and the decking we had them install and paid thousands is now cracking. sent emails but being ignored. trading standards is being contacted and solicitors will be contacted.

Great quality. From what was a complete dead space and dumping ground for logs and old building supplies, custom garden rooms has fully utilised every inch. Finished the front in larch wood adding yet another dimension, the finish is excellent. Great group of lads and would highly recommend.

From design through to final build the whole experience and team have been fantastic, accommodating the changes we have made and working in some cold and miserable weather. The garden room looks great and really complements the garden. We're looking forward to good use out of the new found space, thanks again!
