We are delighted with our new Garden Room! Throughout the design process and post build, Anna was a pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and queries promptly and in detail. We plumped for a 7m x 3m room including a hidden shed with red cedar cladding to the front amongst a number of upgrades.
From day one of the build, the lads on site were brilliant and very helpful, completing in 10 days as promised. We can't wait to finish decorating and using our new space!

Couldn’t fault Custom Garden Rooms North East.
Planning a garden room is a difficult decision, there are so many options but not many showrooms that you can visit to help you make an informed choice. Fortunately we found Custom Garden Rooms North East and they were able to help us plan our new garden room, they have their own showrooms which have been built to show you the different options available. They helped us with the design, layout and options for our garden room.
Phil came out to do a site survey to confirm everything would fit and and that the location would be suitable for the build, Anna helped us with the payment options which were perfect for us.
No problems at all with the build, the lads turned up on time, were courteous and respectful. They just got on with the job with no disruption to us, carrying out the work to a high standard.
They take care of everything from start to finish, from deign to build to plastering to electrics to flooring. The garden room is exactly what we wanted, couldn’t be happier with the finish result.

CustomGardenRoomsNE have completely transformed our dark, dingey, dank garage into a beautiful 18.5x8.5 sewing room. It's complete with downstair cloakroom and storage cupboard. The room is simply stunning.

I would recommend Customgardenroomsnortheast to anyone. The garden office went up in 9 days in pretty much torrential rain throughout and it looks great! The lads were professional, skilled and polite throughout the whole process and they even chopped up some left over wood so we can use it on the wood burner. Thank you :-)

We recently worked with Phill, Anna, and the rest of the team to design and build our perfect garden room.

After discovering Custom Garden Rooms NE on Instagram, we speculatively got in touch to find out about pricing, lead times, etc. Phill came out to assess the site to talk us through different sizes, and options and to guide us through considerations we hadn't even thought about. He invited us to visit the showroom to view their products for ourselves, which I'd highly recommend to see the different materials and finishes.

Anna was very patient with us as we went back and forth with ideas and changes to our requirements, and was very accommodating with our requests. All of this with no pressure to commit, despite a lot of hold-ups on our side.

Once the build was underway the team on-site was great. They were undoubtedly very hard-working, courteous, and respectful of our home and surrounding area. The build quality and end result have gone beyond our expectations and we're incredibly excited to use and enjoy our new space.

Everything from start to finish was brilliant! From our initial quote to various amendments - the people we dealt with were professional and so helpful. We couldn’t quite believe how quickly they would then build the garden room. It snowed the day they started and we assumed this would lead to delays but they really do work in all weathers. The team were tidy and efficient workers. The finished product is fantastic. I would highly recommend and if we ever need another garden room, we will return to this company.

Great experience with Garden Rooms from our initial meeting with Phil right through to completion of the project. ( lovely showroom just outside Morpeth ) Some horrendous weather conditions on site with no real delays, Neil and his guys were prompt, polite and their attention to detail was fantastic. Great communication with Anna all through build process. I would highly recommend for any future works!!
