We were first call of the day, excellent boiler service, our engineer even had protective covers for his boots so he didn't dirt the carpet.
Excellent service very professional. Booking process was easy with a confirmation call the day before.

Go with the cheap online quote, go with the local professionals quote, or go with overpriced monopoly quote, up to you, but I went with the middle quote for my boiler reinstall 3 years ago, and yep no issues, thanks custom heat )

The engineer attended within the time wondow I was given.
He was very polite and efficient and checked the system was working as it should after the service.
I felt he clearly knew what he was doing and would use custom heat again.
The booking porcess was also very starighforward.

Replacement Boiler Installation
Jack, our boiler engineer was prompt, friendly and efficient. He carried out his work quietly and snags were overcome calmly. He explained clearly what he wss doing at each stage and cleaned everything up afterwards. The same was true of Lewis? who did some electrical work. Thank you.

All good!
Installed a new oil fired combi boiler a year ago.
All done in a timely way to budget.
No issues encountered after 12 months of use.
They have also done some electrical work for me.
Just had its first service - signed up for a service plan paying on a monthly basis.
Great communication with super AI communication platform - always answered promptly and hard to tell you are not dealing with a human - although it is too polite and too responsive so a giveaway - however the real humans are great as well.
