Took money but no product shipped
I ordered on March 8th and as of today April 26th, I still do not have the product. I have sent two emails and haven’t heard anything.
I ordered well over a month ago and no communication
I ordered well over a month ago. Emailed probably 5 times and have gotten one response telling me there’s a delay. I haven’t heard back about my order or where it’s at. My order confirmation is gone in Shopify. Idk what’s going on, I’ve ordered from them before and never had a problem like this. I’m very frustrated with the lack of communication.

I have ordered through this company on three different occasions and it's been great. My recent purchase however, I never received. I ordered Feb. 20 got my confirmation and then nothing. I'm very disappointed and have tried to email them with no help from them. I lost $70.00

Upon inquiry of status update, customer service told me processing time has increased up to 15 business days.
As of 3.23.25, order had not been fulfilled nor a shipping label has been received, and no response to refunding my money.

There is basically zero communication from this company on updates with shipping or processing. Im writing this nearly 2 months after my order was placed, and nobody still won't contact me back about my order... Never ordering from here again.

I placed an order in January and it is now March 13 and I STILL do not have my order and have no updates on when I am going to get it! I want a refund immediately, and honestly I should still get my order for having to wait so freaking long for it!

If you can't honor the timeframes you put on your website, change them. It says 5-10 business days, I'm on the 20th business day. I've emailed customer service 5 times, finally got a response with the 5-10 business day timeline but that they are "running a bit behind" but then also have a policy that you can't cancel. Its a shame, they have a great product, but clearly no idea how to run a business. Oh I also paid extra to "get to the front of the line", the line is clearly too long.
2 months and no updates on order status
I have been trying to get a hold of customer service because I have gotten no updates on my order. I ordered my stuff back on Black Friday. It was supposed to be Christmas presents for my loved ones, but now I do not know. This is getting ridiculous.
I love the product but not delivery
I love the product. It is a gold charm of my war dog Fighter. I was disappointed that it took over 6 weeks to get the charm. I ordered it on Nov 27 and got it on January 10. I wondered if your company was still in business. I will order from you again and I hope I get my order more quickly.
